Easy website to navigate. Next day delivery was on time. I have shopped online and in store . I have never been disappointed. Staff are always so kind and helpful.

Customer service wasn’t interested at all.

I ordered from my local Irish store website. I was informed dispatch would be that day 28th April. It was a gift for niece celebrating her confirmation the following week. After several emails to you, my order arrived 17th may, too late for my occasion. Disappointed. Would have returned it only my niece choose it. Not a great service really
