very poor service from this mortgage…

very poor service from this mortgage company. I have had a mortgage with them since 2003 and never any questions. Payment made on time each month . The hypotheek advisor that I used have long since gone bankrupt so I have tried to ask them several very easy and basic questions and each time they refer me back to an advisor. The questions are very simple but for some reason these people simply do not wish to help. I have contacted all my expat friends and colleagues and advised them to avoid this company and deal with their banks directly.
