They do NOT pay their employees
This company fired me for no given reason only 2 weeks into my employment. I was to receive my wages for the two weeks that I worked on 4.7.2021. I made several attempts to send the equipment back to them,including calling FedEx myself and speaking to them for nearly half an hour. They never sent FedEx to pick it up. On 4.7.2021, Arete Pharmacy Network, compromised the integrity of my personal checking account by reversing the direct deposit of my wages. I told them they were breaking federal and state law by doing this. I filed a police report with Phoenix Police Department. The company continues to conduct business in bad faith by making false statements about sending my wages via FedEx and by sending a courier to pick up their equipment. I know for a fact that those statements are false. I submitted a lawsuit against them for three times my wages in accordance with Arizona State and Federal law.
