The product received without hygiene seal on it; I can’t send it back because the swimming gala is next day so I washed it before wearing it.

I am trying to return the order
I am trying to return the order, although the product is the same size as a previous swim costume ordered, it is too small. Your website is not recognising my email address and order number so i can not organise a return myself. I have emailed the email address given for assistance 2x, 1 a week ago and 1 3 days ago and have had no reply.
