Product was delivered as ordered. No complaint about this part. Although it was clear that the product will have a rather long production time, i did never Receiver a status Message. All of a sudden i received a message from dhl that the product will arrive on das x.

Everything was Ok! Perfect Service. A change of order was made transparently and without unnecessary bureaucracy!

Merchandise arrived on the 5th week as promised and well packaged. Quality met our expectations.

i was quite concerned after seeing a few negative reviews about shipping and handling but i proceeded with my purchase and personally had a pretty experience. the item arrived faster than expected and handled by dhl who i trust immensely. the only down side was that the item could have had more protection, it was an abs (plastic) table but came with no padding in the box. luckily there were no breaks or noticeable marks.

I have been buying lots of items from Archiproducts through my architect, for my house in Greece. I saw this beautiful outdoor table and called the number in Italy. Marina answered the call, and I must say her professional attitude came through immediately. She arranged everything. And within 6 weeks the table arrived. The quality of this table is superb. And so is the team that helped me enjoy it for years to come.

It was my first time ordering from Archiproducts. I received my item earlier than expected. DHL damaged the product and as a result one of the pieces was broken. Marcella was excellent. With no argument she refunded me. I received the credit on my Visa within ten days. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Good experience with Archiporoducts. Ordered a radiator which was much cheaper than other providers. The product came a little too late, but the support for clarifying the delay was good. Answers came in a timely manner. The radiator has arrived well packaged and looks great.
