£134k paid, hut resold, refund refused
We paid Arbor £134k towards our £705k order for 14 shepherd huts. When our project fell through, we discovered they'd already sold the one hut built with our money to someone else — without telling us or offering anything back. After months of stalling, they refused any refund in writing, citing a technicality on the contract dates. No hut, no refund, and our money paid for something they resold to someone else. Use caution before paying a deposit.
