Bad communication

I purchased a trench coat from Arakii for €725, which is quite expensive for a garment made of synthetic materials. I received an order confirmation, but never received any shipping confirmation afterward.

I contacted customer service several times without receiving any response.

Today, I noticed that the amount had been refunded to my account, without any explanation or prior notification.

Cancelling a confirmed order without informing the customer constitutes a failure to comply with consumer protection obligations regarding clear and transparent information. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication, will never buy on this again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do it. Fake “luxury” brand

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. The only thing ‘luxury’ about this shop is the prices. This site is disastrous, I tried to exchange an item as they sent the wrong size, of course they never sent me an order confirmation so I had to request the order number from customer service. They gave me the wrong order number and I was concerned by the unprofessional tone of the emails from a ‘luxury’ brand. I have an ill fitting ‘wool’ top (that is absolutely not made of wool) but I was willing to overlook this as I loved the style but they haven’t even allowed me to exchange the item for the correct size. The top was £450.

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional.

So bad quality!!!

I feel really sad that i have to join the negative choir. I ordered the slanted long sleeve top. The packaging is gorgeous, but I won't be wearing the packaging. I'll be wearing the shirt.
The quality is so bad. Arakii says they care about sustainability, but the material won't last - it is viskose and polyamid which wrinkels really bad, feels awful, quickly deteriorate and comes from oil and plastic.

I really respected Hannah Schönberg before and wanted to support her journey. But now i will never support her again. And from the other reviews on trustpilot I don't dare to return the item if they don't return the amount!

Pleasantly surprised!

I’ll admit I wasn’t sure whether to place an order at first, as there are quite a few negative reviews on here… but I was genuinely surprised that my shopping experience turned out more than fantastic (maybe I just wasn’t expecting much lol).

I bought the Knitted Reversed Halter a month ago. Order confirmed immediately by the system, UPS's delivery was quick, the parcel was well wrapped, and the size was spot on. Apart from the price being a little on the high side, I can’t really find much to complain about.

Most importantly, the item itself is beautiful and fits perfectly.

Hopefully this helps ease a bit of concern for anyone hesitating. At least in my case, I had a really positive experience with both the product and the process.

The quality is horrific

The quality is horrific. The item came without a slip underneath the skirt part of the dress and it is totally see through.

It was not advertised this way.

FAST FASHION !!! You could buy this better quality from Shein.

No order confirmation until I asked…

No order confirmation until I asked customer service.I think customer service is outsourced not connected properly. Cuse nothing goes automatically. I returned and they received size m for exchange to L. No reaction at at until I write customer service.

I love the designs of this brand but I’m really surprised I need to write customer service to get order confirmation. Write again if they received my return and then they send confirmation they recived it.. and now I’m waiting for size L to be shipped..

I will not order again, and I’m based in sweden. It’s really the worst online shopping experience. I would like to buy more dresses, but I simply can’t be bothered. If I will find this brand in a store I will buy, but never again online.

The worst customer service ever.

Ordered a dress for the eve of my Daughters wedding. this dress initially arrived OK however was the wrong size so was sent back for a replacement. This is when the problems started. They stated that they would send a replacement and I duly sent the incorrect sized item back. I then received a text from the Courrier company UPS to say that I needed to pay £90 import duty. I questioned this with ARAKII and they assured me that all duties had been paid any there was nothing to pay upon delivery.
The item was delivered by UPS and I was asked to pay the £90 before he would hand over the item. I refused to do this and the item was taken away by the UPS driver.
I contacted ARAKII to be told that they had sorted this with UPS and they offered me a refund or to send the dress out by Express delivery. As my daughter really wanted this dress I opted for the Express delivery thinking that I would have the item in 4 or 5 days.
Time went on with no sign of the dress and after several emails I received a reply apologising for the delay.
2 weeks later and I had still not received the item even though UPS said they were in possession of it.
In the end I gave up and informed ARAKII that I wished to be refunded. They stated that they had no idea why the dress had not been delivered and again apologised.
I informed them that this was not good enough and that their customer service was very poor indeed but they did not seem bothered.
The item actually arrived after I had cancelled it so I had to refuse delivery as we had purchased a replacement dress elsewhere due to the terrible customer service from ARAKII.
I will not use this company again and I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to ordering as this would have given me an insight on what to expect.
ARAKII get your act together and sort your customer service out!!

The item I ordered took much longer to…

The item I ordered took much longer to arrive than expected, and there was no clear communication or shipping updates. When I tried to reach out to customer service, the response was slow and unhelpful.

The product itself did not live up to the description or images on the website - the quality was below average and definitely not worth the price. I also had issues with returning the item, as the return process was confusing and poorly explained. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at Arakii.

Was so worried after reading all the…

Was so worried after reading all the bad reviews, but I think it’s only fair for me to share my own experience. Bought a jumper, my usual size. Took almost 12 days to arrive. Arrive it did but it was absolutely huge so I ordered a smaller size and then returned this one. Second one arrived also too big. So ended up returning this one too.
cons: quality is not exactly designer but it’s mid to high. Shipping can be slow. They take a refund fee (he shipping)
pros: super prompt customer service. They replied within 24 hours. and yes I got my refund.

Avoid Arakii – No Refund, No Response!

I bought a dress from Arakii for 1,700 DKK. I am 19 years old, a high school student, and don’t have a lot of money, so when the dress wasn’t right for me, I returned it as their return policy allows. I received a message confirming that the package had been received, but I never got any confirmation from the company that they were processing my refund.

I have now contacted their customer service six times without getting a response. As a result, I am left without both the dress and my money. This is unacceptable – I strongly warn others against shopping at Arakii. They ignore their customers and do not uphold their obligations!

Terrible company!

I purchased my item and three weeks later I sent an email regarding my order status. They took 5 days to reply and told me my item is sold out. Claimed the funds didn't withdraw which was also a lie, I am livid!!

Incredibly overpriced

I’ve never seen a brand so ridiculously overpriced. The clothing is decent quality but no where near the prices being charged. The item I bought is nice & trendy but I could’ve found the same quality in Zara.

Update: successfully solved issues

Update to my experince with Arakii..
It took quite some time but in the end customer team solved my case.
That’s why I raised the stars. They also didn’t charge for return costs. Nice gesture.

As I was impressed over instagram ads and photos, reality is far more different.
It took too long for my order to arrive despite the fact it’ll arrive in a few days (the date was stated when order was placed).
The product itself was nice but the dress waaay too short.
Now, my order is back with them but no information from customer service when refund will be made. No response from customer service thoug.
Very dissapointed.
And also 20 eur for return??
