Poor after sales service. While the perfume quality is good, unfortunately the after sales support does not meet ethical standards. They shipped an incomplete order with a missing product, and instead of checking their own internal security cameras, they expect the customer to record an unboxing video! So ultimately they charge for a full delivery and deliver partial products and charge you for undelivered products! Highly unethical business practice!

The email support is non responsive. Whatsapp number listed responds with a 1 day delay and will ultimately ask you to message another number.

Great business is built on high quality custom service and ethical standards. I will not be placing any further orders. Buyer please be cautious.

This whole company is fraud they have poor customer support and they will start doubting your integrity instead of checking their own errors or issue

I order 4 perfused and got 3 delivered and parcel packet does say it for 3 but they want unboxing video from you and also if the bottle is faulty they will not listen or do anything else for you

The dupes doesnt smell anything like the real one and when tried for return or exchange with another perfume they refused, such low quality experience, worst company for real

Very bad experience.
I recently placed an order for three perfumes, one of which was NOIR Perfume for Men. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with this product as it lacks the fragrance described in its details.
I previously shared feedback about NOIR Perfume for Men but received no response. I’ve also noticed my review was removed—this is unacceptable.

It's great and awesome

Not good and they cheat on orders I ordered 3 received 2 and they won't consider their "mistake".. overall a mistake I'll never make again..
Overall fragrance is also not nice and not at all lasting..
