Ordered multiple items but this time had minor problems with the electrical gear and I sended instantly a message with pictures to them. No reply. Sended another message. Still no reply. Very dissapointed on to the matter.
Before this I haven't had problems with the firm. Have gotten all that I've ordered and if something that they haven't had in their storage was delaying sending, I could cancel the item and have gotten my money back quickly. That's why this rating is 3stars, not just one.

Luckily the manufacture of the item came to the resque after I contacted them and they are now sending me part that I need to get to get my gadget working. Thanks to Tunze!

Brilliant service as usual. I have been purchasing from this website for about 3 years, I noticed that
there appear to be a number of negative reviews so felt that I should share my experience to perhaps provide some balance. The orders which I have placed have always been processed promptly, as an example I placed an order Friday 22/10/21 and received the parcel Monday 25/10/21 from Germany. I would regard that as excellent. The products are always as described and competitively prices. So a big Thank You to the Aquaristic Shop.

have become much more slow in processing orders, often the merchandise is not in stock and this creates delays.

Ordered Dennerle Primus 160 Special edition and I got the newest CO2 version from Dennerle. What a big surprise. Fast handling and delivery.

Worst company in europe ive ever dealt with !. They take payment then ignore all communications, only reply when you get paypal involved and then they cancel your order, please be prepared tp pay a little more and get what you want. Do not go near this company!!!!

Had a letter of apology 2 years later with a discount voucher , OK let's try again ... same old story ... no goods and no reply

i received wrong items from them and have sent them 4-5 mails and messages about it without any answer from them.dont shop from this company beacuse they have NO customer service

Great prices but 10 products of 13 products which I ordered were stock out. I have ordered earlier too from there and then there were too some of products out of stock too.

If you are hurry order products from somewhere else but If you have time this is ok place to buy stuff.

I received just 50% of my Order. After request I got reply: "
im sorry i will check in the warehouse and iform you then"

I live in Scotland but use Aquarist because the prices are very competitive, they supply Sera products and delivery is reasonably quick. Even with delivery costs to the UK the price is better than I can source here.

Best prices on internet and good communication. What more could you ask for? Will buy again!

Placed an order 925Euros on 30th of March 2019. At that time all items were available and decided to go ahead as I needed the items urgently.
On 17th of April, and after sending them an email asking when the order should be expected to arrive, I received an email from Mrs Batscheider saying "...sorry for the delay. The items are not on stock and still missing. Your order will be ready to ship in about one week. Sorry for this long delay."
Totally unacceptable service, no notification or email on the delay, creates terrible problems for me, I hope to at least get the items I ordered at some point. I will update this review if/when I receive the items.

UPDATE 5TH OF MAY 2019:

After another "sorry for the delay" email Igot back from them, I managed to cancel order a week ago after they gave me a rough time trying to contact them. I still have no money refund and am VERY worried I will never get my money back!!! I will update this review if/when I receive the amount of money back.

I bought a 45L aquatium from their online shop. Made order, chose prepaying method (even got discount on my final bill due to the promotion at that time), soon got confirmation and transfer info. I paid the bill by online transfer to their account, and got payment confirmation on the next day. Then they arranged the package in 2 days, informed me the process and the dilivery (by UPS) was in 2 days. They packed the aqarium very carefully by using a lot of anti-collision material and a very firm tough cardboard. And the product - the aquarium itself - is also of good quality: beautiful clear flat 4mm glass, black silicon glue, no leaking, accurate size as described, and very good and cheap price for both the product and the delivery. I'm very happy with the service of the shop and satified with this shopping! Definitely recommand aquaristic.net!
