I originally called Aqualisa, but after being on hold for 12minutes, I decided to order online. After completing the process, it gave a delivery date. From this, I knew something was amiss, so called Aqualisa again and was quickly connected to Teresa, who in a very friendly and efficient way, informed me I had ordered a shower for home delivery with no fitting service 🤦
She then cancelled all I had done, arranged for a refund, and began the correct process. Throughout the phone call, Tessa was efficient and friendly and if I was to mark her efforts out of ten, I would not hesitate to give her full marks 10/10. Over a period of thirty years, this is the third purchase we have made from Aqualisa and I have no hesitation in recommending them and their products.

Issue with a new shower fitted only a couple of months ago .. message was taken very professionally and the engineer came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently… very nice chap who went out of his way to be helpful

We chose Aqualisa because we thought their aftersales service was good. I called two days ago about an issue with our Quartz Classic. The team member was courteous throughout the call but was eventually told that we'd be waiting the best part of three weeks for an engineer visit.

Jennifer was friendly helpful and efficient. Booking visit to fix problem done quickly. Well done

You have now twice (30th July and 6th August) said that you will call to discuss my complaint and these calls have not yet materialized.

Jennifer was very helpful and professional when dealing with my warranty claim making the process straightforward.

I’m not happy with the issue itself, or the cancellation of the engineer visit, but Jennifer was courteous and helpful in terms of moving things forward

I would have given 5 stars, Beth, customer services was very good, however, having called to request an engineer to a shower installation completed this morning, and an issue with the processor, the earliest appointment was in 19 days, I explained we are currently 4 adults and a baby with no shower. Perhaps I was expecting too much, anyway look forward to using our new shower at the end of August.

Although only at the ordering stage, contact with the company so far has been first class. Linzi was charming and a pleasure to do business with, explaining everything about shower units, very knowledgeable.

How refreshing - customer service at its best! I spoke to both Teresa and Richard who were so helpful and resolved the issue in a friendly and efficient manner. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong part but Richard sent me a return label (no postage to pay) to send it back and immediately ordered the correct part for me, which has since arrived and my shower's as good as new again. Just waiting for the refund on incorrect part to land in my bank account but I'm sure it's on its way 😊. Thank you Teresa and Richard - you should be cloned to other companies to show how customer service should be done 😀

Getting through by phone impossible. So impressed by speedy return call after emailing. Operative helpful all round.
