I did the shop, exactly as specified. They didn't pay. I emailed numerous times. They promise to answer, then don't. Do not ever take shops from them.

Stay away from this company!

I have done a job for them and they said they will pay by June but still did not get the money.

Please avoid doing Mystery visits for this company, I did 5 visits in Jan/Feb and June, still not paid. I am still chasing them for the payment and they have the audacity to send me new visits. Looking for a govn agency to complaint.

I have done a MS in November last year, I have not received any payment till now, keep chasing almost a year, do not recommend this MS company to anyone neither company nor shopper

Completed mystery shopping in January 2020 and didn't get paid till now (Sept 2020). Using covid as an excuse to delay and stopped communicating altogether. This business needs to shut down and it's director should be punished for scamming people!

As the others, I have not received the payment of the visit made in January 2020. After some answers that it would have happened the following month, now my contact doesn't answer my emails anymore and no feedback neither from the general email address. Not sure how smart is ruin the image of a company founded 20 years ago in this way...
Update: at the beginning of August, finally someone answered me and I received my payment.

zero stars. i have oct 2019 to mar 2020 jobs payments not yet processed. I only keep receiving Auto Acknowledgement email replies to say due to COVID-19, all will be delayed. What rubbish when other mystery shopping companies can pay by May 2020 already which they are Malaysia based physical location as well.

And the best thing is, their clients are big names like Samsung, Hugo Boss, Audi, Johnson & Johnson. I dont believe big names will dare to delay any of payments to AQ as they have to close books monthly or quarterly and report to their appointed auditors.

So now it is simple, money sits at AQ and they dont really care.

AQ deserves "zero" stars. They are saying they are not paying due to Covid. How is it that every other company is paying through the Covid Pandemic? After reading through the posts I see that I am not alone and I am sure other people are owed much more than I am. I have emailed them several times and I do get answers eventually, but all it says is that due to Covid they are behind on payments. At this point I am pretty sure I will never see the money nor will I ever work for them again. If anyone was successful in getting paid, how did you do it? I have been patient and pleasant up until now. Thanks for your input.

Never paid me any salary since November/September 2019. They keep saying that I will get paid in the end of the month everytime.

Amazing opportunities. I especially like the flexibility that I can also do mystery visits when I'm travelling. Easy surveys, correct communication.

I'm on this platform because I'm upset and in shock because. I did the mystery visits last year around march it was a couple of them like 5 if I'm not mistaken. I was told the money will come through after 90 days which I didn't understand why ,but I thought okay.

my banking details on my profile so I can be paid this was now around sep /aug and I was communicating with Shane Gomez.In December I wrote an email to Cynthia who once asked me the details of the visits I did and also offered me other job visits.She apologised cause she was not in the office.She promised me I would be paid on the 14th of feb 2020 we are now in March.I refuse to do anymore visits and now no one is responding to my emails .I sent an enquiry email to check the process of the payment.Silence is all I got up till now.Im so disgusted

They pay after 6month if you are lucky, never respond to e-mails when you performed the task for them and they do not need you any more. Terrible company with even more terrible and crap CEO and management who do not follow how the company operates. I still hope to get my payment through MSPA chasing them. Never again!

A scam! Performed a mystery shopping mission. My counselor at the company Mrs. A....C... advised that they will also pay my relocation by transport to the shop. When i performed the trip and pay slip was issued, no mention of the agreed extra payment and when i raised the subject I was told WHAT AGREEMENT?! I was supposed to get paid end of 2019, I was after told they have a system update (NOT MY PROBLEM) and now I will get paid only in February! Dishonest company, better anyone else vs them!

Too bad, I cannot give zero stars. Scam company asking you to do reviews and for just that tiny bit of money, it takes them 90 days to pay out. Come 90 days later, payment delay.

Make use of interns to communicate with you and then 90 days later, the intern leaves the company and also leave you helpless.

I have worked for this company for almost 2 years. I collaborated with them as a mystery shopper in Germany, Italy and Spain. They have interesting projects and a really good team of nice people. They were always available when I needed and I always got paid for my visits. I had a good experience with them.

Stay away from this company! Seem to have cash flow problems.

Does not pay their workers on time, delay can be up to 6 months.

They will treat you nicely and promise the world to you when they need you to do a job for them, but once you seek for payment they give you plenty of excuses.

If I could give no stars I would!
The drivers who drive lorry’s for this company are dangerous, they are rude and abusive. They should not be in charge of a huge lorry behaving like they do to other road users!!
My horse was left petrified after her experience and don’t think we will ever get her in a horse box again!

Scamming company! You will work as a mystery shopper, do everything on time and perfect and not get paid! When you call to get your money they act like if the money is on the way and you should not be impatient, but the money never arrives.
