Do not use these guys, they do not deliver on their order and their customer service is very poor. My order was processed and paid for and then.... nothing! After a week, I asked where it was, and they made an excuse that was implausible. After another week, another enquiry from me and no response this time, so I cancelled the order after reading about similar problem from others here. Refund was promised, so after a while I reported the matter to PayPal, guess what - I suddenly got my refund! Strange, aye? The worst thing was: I never had any sort of apology from them. It seems they try to get away with scamming as long as possible, until it gets uncomfortable.

After 9 business days there was still no confirmation that the item had been sent. I raised an enquiry through Paypal. The item was then sent by a third party Ebay store. Once it had been delivered a threatening message was sent to me through Paypal, quote " the item has been delivered, please close case or we will have to escalate to PayPal and recovery services"
Need a lesson in customer service. An apology should have been offered but they chose threats instead.

Very happy purchased 2 XL moon lamps, completely love them everyone that sees them remarks at how unique they are.
They work great for bedrooms or showpieces in the study or games room.

Great Quality Lensball, very happy with 100mm lensball and stand purchase, I originally bought one on eBay and it came with bubbles and impurities which basically made it useless for Lensball photography.

Iam delighted with the unit I got from Apu’s World, no bubbles or scratches and came with crystal stand and gift box.

Definitely worth paying a little extra for decent product vs cheap eBay ones.

Bought this adjustable laptop stand for Father's Day after my father just had back surgery, and he absolutely loves it. He can work from bed, while standing, or any other position that suits his health. I'm thinking of buying a second one for myself. Excellent product thanks Apus World.

Placed an order and received an e mail confirmation.
Heard nothing for a week, contacted via e mail and no answers.
Service is hopeless. After several weeks of hassle my order was cancelled and I got a refund via PayPal.
Avoid at all cost

Purchased an Android TV box, didn't check if it was compatible with Netflix or Stan.
Turned out there are really few models that are certified and that work in Full HD.

Contacted support, talked to Paul he was really helpful, went over and above and organised free return and let us pay the difference and purchase the correct model that met our needs.

Give them a try can't recommend enough, amazing customer experience.

Do not order from these guys, most definitely a scam. I ordered a tripod head six weeks ago and received a completely different and very cheaply built product in the mail some days later. Suspiciously the packaging had no return address or sender's details. I emailed them and was told the original product would be sent via expedited shipping that same week. Now more than a month later I have still not received the item and all subsequent emails I have sent have been ignored. I called and left a voice message and now it appears that my number has been blocked or their phone disconnected. Do not trust this site and take your money elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned if a website has to be on something like trust pilot then it is probably best to avoid them.

Well packaged by seller and delivery was quick. Ideal for taking photos requiring good lighting. The light box itself is well constructed from plastic materials and provides easy way to take product pictures with full blown studio.

Great experience, Ordered Xiaomi Mi Band 4, was happy with price and shipping time, approximately 4 days to reach me in Adelaide.
I would recommend if you are looking for products that you would generally order via HK like Xiaomi without the long shipping time.

Ordered a smart watch from them in July 2019. Heard nothing after several weeks. Contacted them, they hadn't shipped it yet.
Another several weeks past. Contacted them again, and apparently it was shipped it an incorrect address. They blamed Australia Post.
Spent about a month waiting for them to retrieve it until I finally requested a refund.
Again, several weeks went past without my refund, they said they were waiting on PayPal.
Followed up with PayPal and they immediately processed my refund.
I doubt they ever had my product. As far as I'm concerned, this site is a scam.

I was on the lookout for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, found Apu's World. Talked to their support team and Paul they were polite and helpful.

Phone arrived in about 4 days, highly recommend, give them a go much faster than overseas sellers and local support too.

Ordered an Android TX box 2 weeks ago, after 7 days sent an email inquiring about the status of my order and was told they dispatched 5 days after the payment cleared, which I thought was a strange response as a paid with Paypal to avoid any delays.
Well here I am 15 days later still no box, I could have got in from anywhere in the world by now, will think twice about using them again.

Ordered a remote for my MX10 Android TV box. It had been a few days and I was yet to receive my purchase so I sent their customer support an email.

I spoke with Paul who asked me to please sit tight until the standard post time frame elapsed. If I still didn't have my item, he would send a replacement.
Sure enough the item did not arrive, but to Paul's credit he sent a replacement which was the next model up. Express post with tracking this time and the item arrived in two days.

Overall, Paul was very helpful and understanding. He made good on his word and I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a mobile phone from Apus on 6th May express post. After 2 days it was still processing them so I emailed them to be told it would be sent the next day. On 9th May I received an e-mail saying the item had been posted with a tracking number. A week later I still had not received the item and the tracking number said it had never been received bu Australia post. I emailed them again to be told it could take up to 10 days (!) and the tracking numbers often don't work (!). Several days later I emailed them again and did not get a response. I finally put in a dispute on paypal. Apu's then told paypal they would process a refund which could take up to 30 days to receive (as yet not received). I then started to get tracking information telling me the item was to be delivered today. I then got more tracking information telling me it was delivered, but to the wrong state! To finish of this disaster, I then got an email from APU's asking me to review my purchaes! When I clicked on the link, it went to a dud APU's pages!

This company is a complete disaster.

Purchased a 70MAI Pro Dash Cam as the description stated it included ADAS, customer service states that item will be processed and dispatched 3 to 5 business days post payment being received (will update review once is received).

They claim to be a small team and are a bit slower to respond to enquiries and this has been my experience.

Hopefully will receive update on dispatch soon with up to date communication regarding status of where the item is.
