Started using Appointwise without huge expectations, but it actually delivered. Setup was straightforward, and the system does what it promises. It’s not magic, you still need a solid offer and follow-up, but as a tool, it removes a lot of friction from the process. If you’re serious about getting consistent appointments, it’s worth ittt

When I first started my agency, I thought I could handle messaging and appointment setting manually. To be honest, it didn’t even work with my first client. I realized it’s basically impossible to scale that way

So I decided to invest in Appointwise (which is a small investment for the value you get). Hiring an appointment setter was way too expensive for me at the time, and even now with a few clients, it still makes far more sense financially to use appointwise. It’s cheaper and honestly performs better than a human appointment setter.

I’ve been with these guys from the beginning, and the improvements they’ve made to the platform every single month have been awesome. Of course, like any software, earlier versions weren’t perfect. I would say it’s almost impossible for any software to be completely finished from the beginning

But the new model they rolled out recently… wow. It’s insane. The conversations sound incredibly human and the difference compared to older system is huge. Altough the older system was still great, this one is a gamechanger

At this point, my entire lead qualification process would honestly not work without Appointwise so please guys do never retire this tool 🙏

I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about poor support, which surprise me. My experience has been the complete opposite. The support team has been amazing. I’ve been a bit of a pain sometimes but they always respond quickly during business hours and genuinely help you solve the issue

They don’t just give you a quick answer and disappear like many other software companies, GHL are experts at this. They actually stay in the conversation and make sure the problem is fully solved before closing things out.

For me, their support is honestly one of the strongest parts of the product.

So yeah big thanks to the Appointwise team. If you’re looking for a scheduling or qualification bot, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Appointwise so far.

The primary reason for subscribing to Appointwise was its promise of AI-based chat meeting booking. Unfortunately, this core feature has failed completely and has not worked as advertised.

What’s more concerning is the quality of support:
• The support team takes 2–3 hours to respond and then disappears without resolving the issue.
• There is no proper diagnosis of the problem, and the same questions are repeated without progress.
• The team appears unsure about how their own product functions.

The onboarding experience was even worse. The onboarding team allots just 30 minutes, after which they leave—regardless of whether the setup is complete or functional. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and no concern for whether the client is actually live and operational.

Overall, this reflects extremely poor customer support, weak onboarding, and a lack of product understanding. At this point, Appointwise has failed to deliver on the single most important reason we subscribed.

I strongly urge your team to take this feedback seriously and address both the technical issue and the support gaps immediately.

I purchased a one-month plan for $260, close to $300. The month hasn’t even finished yet, and I’ve already paid for the full period, but my account is completely restricted from creating more AI agents and using the features I paid for. To make things even stranger, support is asking for my login credentials so they can access my account and fix the issue themselves, which feels very unusual and concerning from a security standpoint.

Great software, helped us to get 40% better results for our Clients.

AppointWise is an operational disaster and a source of continuous professional frustration. It promises automation but delivers chronic failure, from technical bugs to non-existent customer support. If you need a reliable scheduling tool, this service is fundamentally broken and must be avoided.

Key Issues Highlighted: Broken Functionality and Performance

The scheduling bot fails at every level, making it completely unreliable for professional use:

Booking Failure: Despite clear, correctly structured instructions, the bot is constantly failing to execute, often stating that it's "unable to book a meeting" when it has all the necessary information to proceed.

Glacial Response Delays: The bot ignores performance settings entirely. Even when configured for a rapid 5-second response time, I routinely experience frustrating delays exceeding one full minute.

Opt-In/Opt-Out Bug: The user preference controls are broken. If a recipient chooses to opt out of receiving messages and then attempts to opt back in later, the feature fails and they remain opted out, creating serious communication issues.

Non-Existent Customer Support

When the bot inevitably fails, there is zero safety net. The support system is incapable of providing timely help:

Zero Resolution: The support team rarely, if ever, provides a resolution to specific queries.

Insulting Wait Times: Replies take hours, sometimes days, or often fail to materialize altogether. This absence of support confirms that AppointWise is simply not ready for live deployment.

Conclusion: A Liability, Not a Solution

AppointWise costs time, professionalism, and potentially business opportunities through its sheer unreliability. Its core scheduling function is flawed, its performance is unacceptable, and its customer service is non-existent.

I've selected the enterprise custom plan and booked a call with the creators but no one showed up. I've sent them several emails to reach out to them but no reply. It's been an entire month

If you're looking for AI Appointment agencies that integrate with GHL i would look elsewhere..

Great software that has helped my clients with their speed to lead issues. Many small gym owners are usually in training when a lead comes in, this AI booking (or hand off to human)-system works to solve that issue.

The team and their support is also amazing, one of the best I have ever seen. They respond very quick, have a great community and go very in depth if needed in order to fix whatever issues may come up.

Appointwise is the best AI setter I’ve found so far. It sounds incredibly human and handles conversations naturally. Highly recommend if you're an agency owner who wants to automate lead qualification and appointment booking.
