Amazing experience. Unfortunately due to train delays with trees on track my wife and I ended up on the very last row. A manager came to see us and upgraded us to front row seats! What a brilliant 10 year anniversary present for us! Thank you applause store can’t wait till the next one

You don't explain well when people have disabilities, I still have a knee issue but would love to visit again like last year x

Myself and two of my children thoroughly enjoyed our whole day of BGT semi finals. The atmosphere, even just from the first queues was amazing! Everyone was pleasant and the whole thing was so enjoyable. You really need to experience it and really embrace the whole day! We can’t wait to come back.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service—or lack thereof—from Applause. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a persistent issue, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
* Communication: I have sent numerous emails, most of which seem to vanish into a black hole.
* Response Time: When someone actually bothers to reply, the delays are inexcusable. It feels like I’m waiting weeks just to get a canned response.
* Resolution: Despite all the back-and-forth, my original issue remains completely unresolved.
It’s ironic that a company named "Applause" leaves you wanting to do anything but. If you value your time and expect actual support, look elsewhere. I’m still waiting for a real person to take this seriously and fix the problem.

Great experience for a first time

Very organised very nice and friendly people lovely experience managing a lot oc people while queuing i have been twice and looking forward to getting a priority ticket near the front next time

Loved every minute of BTG last year. Was very special to us as we had just had a bereavement in the family a few days before the show. So was a lovely day out taking our mind off everything. The staff were fab. Venue great. But unfortunately I have to walk with a stick and waiting for 2 hours standing up killed me. I was in such pain. Otherwise, we had a brilliant time.

The atmosphere was vibrant. The staff so friendly and helpful, the quality of the venue, the entertainment between the live broadcast and pre show. Best night ever!!

Was such a fun day my daughter absolutely loved it and loved meeting the acts, her/ our most favourite part was meeting Bruno out side the gate he opened his window and spoke to me daughter.

Long lines but staff are friendly and the show is worth it.

The kids were entertained all day! The events were fantastic as was the atmosphere we would love to come again.

i loved the baftas great day once we were in but the long drawn out queuing and still not knowing if we are in and also people pushing in wasn’t great, my daughter was so anxious that we wouldn’t get in and we were the last 6 in, but that took waiting from 7.30 till 1.30 still not knowing even though we won, but would like to experience another day like it without the drawn out ques when i messaged applause store regarding ques prior to the event i was advised that people do not que overnight only to find out people where staring to que through night so we couldn’t judge times
