Not many distributors had the 1/4 zip with pockets so big plus!

I placed a large order that was missing a crew neck sweatshirt… I emailed customer service a screen shot of the exact item missing, customer service verified the size and color…. Shipped it out right away… and the wrong item was sent. Emailed them again 2 days ago to let them know I received the wrong item and haven’t heard back.
