I had fever and was vomiting the whole day
Ordered a bunch of practo prescribed meds.

No response from anyone,order was placed around 11 nothing got delivered till 7. After so many requests they agreed to cancel haven't received any refunds yet.

They have the medicine sitting there but they are not getting a delivery partner.

Apparently they have 3 hr express delivery. ..rubbish pathetic

TERRIBLE APP. The moment you leave items in your cart, they start spamming you with constant calls until you give in. Once you order, the nightmare begins — false delivery promises every single time, endless delays, and then they shamelessly blame you for not picking up calls even when you did. This isn’t support, it’s pure harassment. By far the worst service I’ve dealt with.

Would like to give 0. Waste of time. I am literally waiting for my delivery till 11 pm as it is showing 11PM. Worst service worst delivery.

Just don't ask what is wrong with them. Can write a book on it. You can ask what is good with them. Absolutely nothing!!

Apollo pharmacy even deserve minus for their service they cheated every and they don't care .There customer care service only formality.They do nothing.Even they offer discount are not real .They sent less medicine that showed.

They take order, 323519255 in this case and don't deliver in time. Then refuse refund and keep dragging delivery dates. Worst service ever, don't ever use them.

Ordered medicine with a promised delivery in 3 days. After 3 days, the delivery person refused to deliver. I raised a complaint, but they started sending fake “delivery attempted” messages. After wasting 7 days, they canceled the order. Extremely unprofessional and misleading — not acceptable for a healthcare app. If you need medicine urgently, do not rely on Apollo.

Don’t care if their patients are dying without medication… their systems never work properly never delivering meds on time… all they care about is selling their so called credit card but not the service they are getting paid for.. false advertising

They take your money and dont deliver your order, they even dont cancel it

Their delivery times are a joke. They don’t respond to any of your queries. Don’t waste your time ordering medicines online.

They are absolute cheats. They accept orders, take your money and don't deliver, but mark the order as delivered.
And they make it so easy for their delivery agents to cheat. Company policy. The last 4 digits of your mobile number is the OTP. So the agent doesn't even have to ask for it.

Customer service is a joke.
Save money, save life. Stay away from these guys.

Order# 320624486 via shadowfax still not delivered. It has a week. Should never order on apollo online. Pathetic service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been two days since I placed an order for my medication, and despite my critical health condition — being a heart patient and a survivor of two brain strokes — the order has still not been delivered.

As someone with severe medical needs, I expect a certain level of urgency and responsibility from a company operating in the healthcare sector. Sadly, that has been completely missing here. It is unacceptable for a medical service provider to show such negligence towards the importance of life-saving medication.

Due to their delay, I have now missed a full day of essential medication, which has caused me severe emotional and mental distress. Reaching out to their customer service has been an exhausting and frustrating experience, adding to the stress.

Honestly, buying medication directly from a local pharmacy is a thousand times safer and more reliable than trusting companies like this one, who clearly do not value people’s lives.

I urge everyone — please do not rely on such careless service providers for critical medication. Your health and peace of mind are far too important to be left in such irresponsible hands.

I didn’t get 10% discount on printed price on medicine in apollo pharmacy store and when i asked for this then they made any lame excuse regarding membership and all. 10% discount should be given if i am taking membership on not. And also they said you should tell before. Why should i tell before you should no this. They cheat customers I suggest don’t go this pharmacy. I have pathetic experience,

Never order anything online from Apollo. They will repeatedly deliver the wrong profuctor one tenth of what you ordered and kerp the money and you will keep chasing them for days without resolution. You can contact someone on phone but that person will keep saying backend has to deal with it and wash their hands off.

Pathetic and delayed. Nobody is concerned on the delays!!!
