Having rented family holiday villas for many years I can honestly say that Aphrodite Rentals are second to none!! They really are top notch!! From guiding us to a villa which met our requirements, responding promptly to any queries that were raised, to arranging for a late check out, nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of issues whilst staying at the villa which were dealt with expediently and professionally. We would have no hesitation in using them again. Their villa recommendation (Villa Elea) was a perfect choice for a family with varying interests

Aphrodite rentals are a superb outfit. Welcoming, responsive, organised and accommodating. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately. The way they maintain and steward the properties is second to none for this type of company. We are buying a rental property in Cyprus and wish they could look after our place.

Beautiful resort, stunning views, impeccable upkeep.
Villa was extremely spacious and very luxurious. Jacuzzi and swimming pool had perfect temperature.
Accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous villa (HG37). Small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean on arrival and so cleverly designed. Beds super comfy, aircon brilliant and kitchen BBQ was superbly equipped. Pool and surround lovely with comfy loungers, table and chairs etc. Perfect fo family with toddler. Fabulous value for money. Customer service from Joanna was a highlight. Excellent comunication at all stages. She sorted a high chair, very comfy travel cot and an immediately replaced torn sun bed. Check in was brilliant despite a delayed flight. Wish customer service in the UK was like this. Will definitely return to Aphrodite Hills and probably to this Villa. Special thank you to Joanna for ensuring our week's stay was so perfect.

We have used Aphrodite Rentals for about 11 years and stayed in the same villa for about 8 years.
Unfortunately, this time there were some issues with the villa which were spoiling our holiday.
However Mark and the A.R team went out of their way to sort the issues out and things were resolved to the best of their ability as quickly as possible. Next year is already booked.

I have stayed at Aphrodite Hills on 3 occasions now and each one through Aphrodite Rentals, the last was last week at Villa 81 which earlier through the year the owner has updated and given a fresh modern feel with new furniture and artwork. He also upgraded all 3 bathrooms with modern walk-in showers and tiling.

For the 10 days of our stay, we barely sat inside, the comfortable seating outside along with the outside dining area were perfect. The pool and sun lounge area again was ideal for capturing the sun throughout the whole day. The garden areas were well thought out with a good proportion being artificial grass, perfect for laying out a pitch and putt course using several of the white stones as a target to aim for. Through an archway there was a selection of fruit trees, Lemon, Mango ( we think ) and a type of Lemon/Orange. To the other side of the garden is located under a gazebo covered in Bougainvillea is the Jacuzzi hot tub, if we were to critique this and I'm sure the owner is aware, we would recommend an upgrade to a new one, purely on the basis of this one is dated and although it has been having issues with the motherboard which has been replaced, it doesn't get warmer than 34.5° ( below normal body temperature ) so sadly wouldn't recommend getting in of an evening.

Our representative Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and always at the end of the phone to assist if required. Proof of that was an electrical issue which plunged the entire villa into darkness around 23:30hrs meant messaging her for guidance. After a couple of WhatsApp messages and a call, Elizabeth said she would be with us once she had assisted new guests arriving at another villa onsite. Elizabeth arrived just after 00:15am and with myself found what we assumed was the fault ( hot water califier) and made notes, took photos and sent through to the team. 08:15am an engineer arrived and within 15 mins all resolved, excellent service.

We will definitely be booking again and looking forward to either staying at Villa 81 or similar.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what really stood out was the incredible service. The hosts were always available with helpful advice and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.
What really impressed us was that after we checked out, they contacted us to let us know we’d left something behind — something we didn’t even realize we’d forgotten! They went out of their way to return it to us, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture.
Highly recommend staying here — not just for the great accommodation, but for the warm, attentive service that made the experience even better.

We usually go all inclusive but having read the positive reviews of this company we decided to give a villa holiday a try.

We loved it, we stayed at villa Pera for 10 days, it was really a home from home, very cosy with a great outdoor pool area and built in gas barbecue.

The team at aphroditerentals.com are also lovely to deal with and responded quickly to our requests, the mid-week clean was spotless and staff called during the holiday to keep the pool clean and keep the garden looking beautiful.

Although Pera is in easy walking distance of the resort restaurants, it is so easy to drive in Cyprus that I'd say get a hire car (we recommend paphorentals), you're perfectly situated between pissouri and kouklia, (the supermarket at pissouri is great). We never had a bad meal the entire time we were there - Try Gabriel's in kouklia, the beef stifado is excellent!

We'll be back next year, we've already decided on one of the villas on the Eastern plateau.

We booked villas with Aphrodite rentals as my daughter was getting married at Liopetro venue. We wanted our accommodation to be close to the venue.
The booking was 2 years in the making and wow the company did not disappoint.
From the reservation team communications to the actual villa it was perfection

Love Aphrodite Hills more that any other Cyprus resorts!
Last stay at Villa, provided by Aphrodite Rentals will be memorized as most comfortable, relaxed and "taken care of". Besides thoughtfully furnished house, which includes a private pool and patio area, the Service was extremely thoughtful. All of my non-standard requests were met: a special confirmation of residence for obtaining a visa was provided within two days, the villa was prepared taking into account the specified wishes, regular cleaning of the villa was carried out according to schedule and within an hour. During our stsy, there was an incident with the dishwasher. I announced the need for help after 12 p.m. and the very next morning, at 10 a.m. (as I asked), the craftsmen were at the door and fixed everything within 10 minutes. I will recommend this resort and the rental agency to all my friends and family and will come myself as soon as possible. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of the agency for providing one of the best vacations.

Our stay at Villa Lara was so lovely, really well equipped villa and lovely resort.

What really stood out was the communication and friendliness of all the team at the company! The meet and great was a really nice touch and having someone on hand via WhatsApp is a nice touch as well. Overall an exceptional service and will come again :)

An absolutely great experience yet again with the team! Whilst I look on the general development to see what is available on my dates I always book a villa managed by Aphrodite Rentals as I completely trust them and have been so well looked after by them this time and in the past. We had a fantastic stay at Aphrodite Hills and the self-catering was perfect for our first family holiday with our baby, able to enjoy both the beautiful apartment with private pool and the wider resort and all it has to offer, golf, riding, spa, restaurants etc.

A fantastic setup and base to explore Paphos and Cyprus.

This is the fourth consecutive year that we have arranged to stay at one of the properties managed by Aphrodite Rentals. The apartment is close to all attractions and restaurants in the resort. It has a private, well-kept garden with deck chairs, table and bbq. The house is clean, well-maintained and has all the necessary amenities. The customer service is excellent. Our guest relationship manager Katie was always very helpful and responsive to our requests, which were always met! Joanna who follows us with reservations is also very friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay holiday property exceeded our expectations. Aphrodite Rentals have an amazing team in Guest Relations Richard looked after us making for a smooth check in and out. We were provided with a departure lounge as check out was 10am and our flight was 9 pm. To shower ect. Katie messaged all information v professional . The accommodation, personal service and customer care was top drawer. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back and will use Aphrodite Rentals again. This was our second experience of the company and would highly recommend them.
