Bad experience

Sorry to say bought a new rig mod but it looks used. I sent an email explaining this only to get a one line response. Not good customer service. Sorry but I expected a better response. I could have been a good customer but my custom will go elsewhere

Thank you for your two star review. Just to clear up a few things you emailed us at 10pm saying the item was used and attached pictures, we responded saying that the item was not used and the coating you asked about was machine oil. If you had a problem with the device you could return it but we have not had any more communication from you regarding this.

We are sorry you feel you've had a bad experience but to be fair you haven't called or even messaged us in work hours about your disappointment. I would suggest if you deal with other suppliers and have a bad experience a) call them first and talk to someone b)when you strip your product down to look for faults you at least let the company have their say before posting on review site.

The product works exactly as anticipated!

The product works exactly as anticipated. It is easy to wick although space is quite limited. I have read other reviews elsewhere and saw that they thought the product was useless but I'm yet to find a fault! I am 100% sure that this will continue working and save me a lot of money in the long run!

Vape came broken in the box

Vape came broken in the box. Firstly, I was informed that the particular one I had ordered wasn't in stock despite it being listed as in stock, getting the order confirmation, and the money being taken from my account. I received a comparable vape, which arrived broken in the box. I contacted their support and was told a replacement had been sent. Two weeks later, no replacement has arrived and they have stopped responding to my support emails. Absolute joke.

HI Jamie,

Your order was for a gold Mi Pod, you got offered a full refund or a limited edition Grimm Green mipod which was more expensive. You had the product for 2 weeks before it started auto firing so we asked would you like us to get a direct from Mi Pod for you which you agreed. The product is coming from America as the supplier doesnt have the grimm green limited edition in stock, so its down to the supplier as you agreed.

Im not sure how this is an "absolute joke" or "havent been responsive" but i have replied again to you email saying your more than welcome to send the product back as we offered in the first place for a full refund.

What can I say - awesome service. From initial contact by phone and I must say the person I spoke too couldn't have been more helpful. The transaction on line was so straight forward and my items were delivered next day as promised.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. First time ordering and was very surprised that I received a call during the bad weather with an update of shipping details. Delivery was superb and product arrived extremely well packaged. Will definitely use this company again.
