While I had to return my purchase due to not fitting as I imagined, I had such a lovely experience with A Perfect Nomad. I was looking for a potential wedding dress and was nervous of sizing, I got in touch with some questions and Frances was so helpful and supportive, really quick reply period, as well. My order arrived on time and securely packaged too, overall a great experience just a shame the dress didn't fit properly my petite size.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I was a bit sceptical, but I still wanted to give APN a chance because their clothes look beautiful.
I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted their customer service team by email about sizing and they were super helpful and polite, which meant I could choose the right sizes with confidence.
Living in Spain, I knew customs charges might be added on arrival (that’s quite normal now due to Brexit), but customer service informed me they have a small dispatch centre in Spain. They helped me check which items were in stock there, and I was able to get my order shipped from Spain quickly and easily, with no extra delays or charges.
From reading other reviews, I can see they’ve had a change in their customer service team, and in my experience, it really shows.

Terrible experience with APN.
I ordered an item and it arrived stuffed into a small Jiffy bag. I appreciate recycling packaging but the item was extremely crinkled due to this, and I did not think the quality warranted the price.
The item was returned. I choose Signed For delivery as I had seen a customer say they had not received a refund so wanted to have proof of delivery. Four weeks later, I have still not received a refund. I chased them for it and they have sent e-mails but still no refund. It feels like a scam as I have sent them the received date and they are still not refunding. I have now seen previous reviews on here and this is a repeat issue with returns and APN are clearly not the ethical brand the claim to be.

I bought a skirt in the sale and with discount. I contacted the company through chat about sizes and got an instant and very helpful response. The skirt arrived quickly in a small cardboard box which was good as I don’t like over packaging. I like the skirt and am keeping it. It is long and I might do something about the length. Overall I’m happy with the service and item. No complaints.

Have tried to contact the company by email. No response from 3 emails Product hasn't arrived after 2 week wait. The response to my enquiries is simply terrible. I wish I had read the reviews as I would never have purchased from them. I don't know who to complain too? Is it Companies House? Maybe someone knows and can help? Is APN a legitimate company?

I bought the Harmony dress and was honestly blown away by the quality. the fit is perfect — even better in person than I expected. You can really tell it's been made with care.
There is no customer service with this company. There sizes don’t match up to UK standards. There Size L’s in certain items come up as a UK size S. I sent them pictures and UK measurement sizes… several emails… just ignored. Trust these reviews… There are better companies to buy from.

Every possibility of contact has been made (Instagram, website, email). The response is always the same: tell me that the refund will be made in the morning ... for 3 weeks. Now the refund cannot be made because of my PayPal dispute ( fortunately I paid via PayPal) if we listen to the seller. The dispute closes if it's refunded so maybe DO IT ?... ridiculous.
This brand is a shit, they took my money, it took 2 months to supposedly send the order because I never received the parcel .
Now I wrote 3 mails without any answer from them.

I returned a dress to them over a month ago, they have been ghosting me since I sent it back, even though I have emailed them several times, there is no way to contact them on the phone and I haven’t received a refund. The dress was £200, this company is a total scam do not buy from here!
Do not buy here, they don't deliver, they don't respond, and if they finaly do deliver and you want to return because of the poor quality, they make it almost impossible and they don't refund.

DO NOT BUY unless you want to lose $500 . I got a dress that kept popping up on my instagram ads - their website looked nice and appealing - the dress actually looks nothing like the photos. I wanted to place a return - Ive been trying to contact them and there is no one that responds. Finally after 4 weeks of emailing them and messaging them on their website, a lady named Frances responded to me. She says they will get back to me and they never do! They are not legit! I contacted them again yesterday and nothing. I am so disappointed I really cant afford to loose $500 for nothing. :( I hope they read this because if I dont get a response I will blast them on my instagram page with 50k followers.

I really wished I’d looked at TrustPilot before I’d placed an order. Firstly the order was never sent. I requested it be cancelled as the clothes would arrive too late for the event I’d purchased them for. Immediately after that they sent the clothes, claiming they’d already done so before receiving my cancellation email. I returned the items and received an email from them two weeks ago saying they’d received them but radio silence since. No refund and no reply to my two emails chasing them. Now will be contacting my bank and Trading Standards. I’ve no idea how this company hasn’t been closed down….
Agree with everyone. This company is a scam. I ordered items for £800 and never received anything. It’s now been 3,5 weeks and customer service never responds. I’ve had to report this as a scam to my bank.
This is the worst customer experience that I've ever encountered - it's none existent.
As many here already mentioned, there are extra customs costs which are around 50% from the order cost. But that's only part of the problem.
I've ordered the items to a forwarding service in Greece that was supposed to ship it to my country.
But the package was never delivered. I had to write myself to the local post office to find out that I can only collect the items in person after paying the customs - and I do not live in Greece.
I've contacted the support on March 31st and after Frances Clark personally via Whatsapp number and email (because I've never received a reply).
And I never received any reply - only that they'll look into it. I've asked for a refund as I even didn't get my items and didn't get any response to that either.
DON'T ORDER THERE, if anything goes wrong, you'll just loose your money
I made the order without letting me know of the customs cost. They never replied as I asked for returning the package and having a refund. Thus, I chose to pay the customs (50% of the total value of the order!). When I received it, it was missing an item! They never replied. I am still waiting.
