Easy to pay and park
After paying to park in one of the APCOA UK car parks, all trains to my destination were cancelled. I reached out to APCOA UK, to ask if I could request a refund. They were really quick in getting back to me and after checking my details, honoured the refund. I was really happy with the experience as not many companies would help like they did. Also, the app is really easy to use to pay for parking at any of their car parks.

I had a question about whether I could drop off my car later than scheduled
I had a question about whether I could arrive later to my planned dropped off time for my car (note not pick-up time as it is clear there can be additional charges if you are late collecting your car. Samantha B kindly replied to my email and was clear in confirming it is ok to drop off the car anytime within the booking window (with no refunds for unused time but I expected that).

I got scammed 60 quid for doing a late…
I got scammed 60 quid for doing a late night airport pick up. I picked up at a few minutes to midnight. Apparently you get till midnight the next day to pay. So alongside everything else you have to remember to log on to a website and pay the stupid charge. Its bad enough paying £6.60 for a few minutes but you also have to remember to devote another 5 minutes late on that day to saving this company from paying maintanence money for a machine. So if I'd been a few minutes later, say 12.01am I would've had double the time to pay. I forgot to pay within the window. I explained to them that I was picking up relatives and didn't realise the time was a few minutes to midnight but still got charged 60 quid for being forgetful. Meanwhile APCOA, on the excuse that 'the machines didn't work' don't even have to pay for a roadside machine and guy to maintain it every so often. I feel scammed. please avoid their car parks if you can. Thankyou.

Used APCOA through Manchester Airport for the first time. Easy to set up an account and easy to make payment. Obviously, lots of views on actual amount charged to park or drop-off here, or any other UK airport. However, having set up the process I wanted to check everything was okay being the first payment to be made. Ellie provided excellent prompt service, explaining the procedure. Convenient service to drop-off, albeit that with the taxi's the speed in which to can reach a space and exit determines your time, not the minutes it actually takes to 'drop-off' ! My review is based upon the customer service by Ellie in answering the question I had.
