Cheap metal with damage on arrival.

Received a Maisie Midi on a Wednesday, upon opening it the clasp was such poor quality, light weight metal, felt cheap and it had 4 marks/damage. I called Apatchy on the Wednesday afternoon, no answer, left a voicemail and followed up with an email, with a ‘photo of faults, it’s now Friday and no response. I wanted to ask if this was an indication as to the quality of their products in general before I attempted to exchange. I will be returning this for a refund. I appreciate Friday is a bank holiday but Wednesday and Thursday were working days. This is really poor customer service. I will stick to brands like Aspinal of London and Kate Spade from here on.

Issue with durability and support

I purchased a bag from Apatchy and took great care of it. After around 14 months, the buckle failed, which appeared to be a structural fault rather than wear and tear.

I contacted the company to ask if they could help with advice, a repair or offer any goodwill towards a replacement, but they declined, which was extremely disappointing.

After looking into it further, I learned this fault shouldn’t have occurred so soon, so I reached out again with a firmer email on their duties under the Consumer Rights Act.

Their response this time was to allow me to return the item for inspection, but the tone suggested this was more of a favour than a valid claim under the Consumer Rights Act.

I did go on to purchase a replacement without any goodwill from Apatchy, as I did like the product, but the experience has affected my confidence in the company.

Unfortunately, it has left a negative impression and will likely be my last purchase. I'm no longer confident in the durability of the product or the customer service.

Maddie midi bag developed a fault after 9 months

Really pleased with my recent experience with the Apatchy customer service. I got in touch with them to report an issue with my bag that developed after 9 month of use. They were straight on the case with a replacement bag from their new collection in the mail within days. Thanks so much Apatchy, I love my new bag!

Brilliant service!

Had a fault with one of Apatchy bags that I purchased for my wife last Christmas. Contacted Apatchy they couldn’t be more helpful. The bag was replaced with a new one and my wife is delighted. My wife loves her bag and I love Apatchy’s brilliant service

I brought a jasmine silver leather bag

I brought a jasmine silver leather bag, which when it arrived it had a mark on the handle. Emailed the company and Sharon was amazing. Apologised, replaced the bag in a different colour for me and when I received my bag, not only was it perfect but she has put a handwritten card in from herself which was a really nice personal touch.

Although my initial bag was marked due to how amazing their customer service was, that the bag was replaced in a matter of days and the quality of the bag I will certainly purchase from them again and recommend them to others. Sharon thankyou again, Rose

Poor after sales service

I have a tassel bag just two years old and the zip has broken. I emailed Apatchy to ask how to get a repair and offered to pay as bag was a gift and is sentimental. Email was ignored. I then called them and was told no zip repair possible and the lady on the phone blamed the company they buy them from in Italy saying I needed to find a shoe repairer as they Apatchy couldnt help. Surely zip should last more than two years and if not some repair service for loyal customers. I have this bag in multiple colours and have also bought as gifts for friends. I wont be buying anymore and advise others not to if you expect them to last more than two years!

The best customer support!

Absolutely no quibble, speedy replacement with a brand new, like for like bag.
Purchased a Tassel Tan Leather Crossbody Bag & delighted with the quality & practicality of it. Unfortunately, the substantial looking brass zipper became faulty after several months of daily use. The company was contacted & free collection was arranged & days later a brand new replacement bag arrived. Perfect!

I purchased a bag at the start of the year. It has become a firm favourite of mine ( and one of my friends who keeps borrowing it for het holidays). A very luxurious bag without the price tag. Extremely happy with my purchase. The order and delivery was easy and fast. Highly recommend

The Tassel in Tan

Purchased ‘The Tassel’ in tan and it’s perfect; size of the bag is deceiving, it holds plenty. The colour is a true tan, and looks great against the gold accessories.

Quick delivery, well wrapped in a dust bag, additional packaging and a tight box.

Dissapointing warranty

Purchased a Paddy bag 6 months ago. It is a beautiful bag and I truly love it. I recently noticed that the stitching is coming undone in one area. I reached out to customer service, sent photos as requested, and was offered $50 since the bag is being discontinued.

Would have been nice to at least be offered a repair, or a replacement product. I've sent requests to customer service several times since the offer was made, and have received no response.

This issue came up well within the 12 month warranty policy and appears I am out of luck.

Small issue resolved easily

I had a small issue with a padded bag. The customer service was excellent and a replacement bag was sent out to me with a handwritten notecard. I would absolutely recommend this company and my racing green padded bag is beautiful.

Excellent service!

Bought a gorgeous crossbody bag…

Bought a gorgeous crossbody bag 18months ago and the zipper keeps opening contacted Apatchy and they can do nothing as I’ve had it over a year. Hardly been used so very disappointed with the company and customer service

Very happy

I have had wonderful experiences of customer service with this company - always ready to answer detailed queries and to help me. I have the Bloxsome and the Paddy bags and they really are beautiful. The leather is of high quality and the graining ensures that the Bloxsome are easy to clean with a wipe. They hold much more than I would have expected and they are perfect in every way for my needs - as well as looking fantastic with the gold hardware. The Paddy bag in Cappuccino is an unusual colour and design and very functional, as well as being a gorgeous bag to hold and to look at. It has a removable inside pocket which I don't use, but either way it is spacious enough for everything I carry on a day-to-day basis. A real discovery of a company.

Amazing customer service

The response was prompt and apologetic, and unexpectedly they offered a repair or immediate replacement. The replacement just arrived today with a handwritten note from Kirsty. Impressed

I made my recent purchase last Monday and received it very quickly. I have a few different bags from Apatchy and have always been very impressed with the quality of them. You can tell that the bags are quality leather and i've had so many compliments.
I'll be back ordering again soon!

Not the best bags if your standards are reasonably high

Ordered the Harriet bag in Stone as I wanted a roomy slouchy bag. Unfortunately, this bag just isn't great. I know this company has great reviews so I'll start by saying my standards are high - I own Balenciaga bags, Chloe bags, Marc Jacobs and Mulberry. However, I also own several Pom Pom London bags so I'm not a bag snob by any means! But this bag is just not worth the money. The little things matter and they're just not there. Firstly, this is a large bag and a pale shade to any discrepancies stand out like a sore thumb. It was full of small dints and creases, presumably from where it was stored prior to being shipped. Secondly, the raw edge style seams are just horrible. The bag looks unfinished and the leather does not 'pool' like I would expect a large slouchy leather bag to do, more creases in different areas. It almost has the appearance of being a paper bag, if I can describe the way it creases. This is not quality leather, I don't care whether it's made in Italy. For anyone who is used to seriously quality leather, this won't satisfy. It doesn't even smell of leather, it smells quite odd. The small zipped pocket on the back has a cheap nasty plastic zip as well, whereas the zip pockets on the side are metal zips. It's clear where they've cheaped out here. The zips inside are also the same nasty plastic and have the feel of those zips which will get stuck and fail at some point. The internal design is also strange with the two sections. Serves no purpose at all in a slouchy style bag. The short buckled strap has leather loops where the end of the buckle is fed into - these are just a strip of raw leather sewn into a loop. Not finished off. The only nice thing was the separate fabric Cappuccino Dot strap I ordered and I will keep this and use it with my Pom Pom London bags. The bag itself is being returned. I have no use for very small bags so I won't try any others. On the whole a very disappointing experience when compared to other similar companies I have ordered from.

Pretty in plum

I received the Bloxsome bag in plum for my special milestone birthday by my husband ~ obsolutely gorgeous so happy with it . I got the chain strap too for the evenings . It looks very classy .
