Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment in the pedestrian area of Sevilla. Very close to many important attractions.
The host did not help us to find a parking lot in the crowded period of Feria de abril and this was not appreciated by us

Great location, unfortunately did not have shampoo, very limited towels, very late check in and too early check out. Also noisy from other guest from the corridors.

We booked a different apartment but were given Apartment G, Carrer de David de Mas 61-63, Segur de Calafell. It was filthy, with moldy stains on pillows, strong toxic odor, and dusty, sandy surfaces. My wife vomited from the smell. The furniture was broken, and the place was clearly misrepresented.

The staff refused relocation or refund, and denied any hazard. This is bait-and-switch and a health risk. I’m traveling with family and expect a safe stay – but this was far from it. We have photo evidence and will escalate via Booking.com, Revolut chargeback, and consumer authorities. Avoid this property completely.

Spacious and comfortabele appartment. There a 2 points which we didn't like.
It was very noisy, regarding the neighbours. We could almost understand what they were staying.
In then nice kitchen we missed bowls for breakfast cereals and a kettle or watercooker.

I WOKE UP COVERED IN BUG BITES. I stayed here for 2 nights. The second morning I stayed here I noticed bug bites on my fingers and throughout the day they got worse and worse. If you research bed bugs you'll see they can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to appear on the skin.
I wanted to use the sofa bed in the living room but it was very thin and had holes in it when I folded it out. I could feel the metal of the couch under my back so I switched the mattress from the bed to the living room sofa bed so I could enjoy watching TV on a comfortable mattress. I think this may have made the bed bugs more active because I have bites all over my hands shoulders, back, butt, and arms. This place looks clean but bed bugs can be hard to get rid of and I'm convinced that this is where the bites came from since I hadn't been traveling prior.
I sent images of the bites to the WhatsApp number and they responded "We completely understand your concern and the need for medical attention. I hope you feel better soon, and I would appreciate it if you could share any documentation you receive from your visit to the clinic—it will help us support your refund request appropriately.
I’ve escalated your case to our management team, and we will be in touch shortly to discuss the next steps regarding your compensation..."

A day later no one had contacted me so I wrote them again and they basically said they had a team come in and inspect and they didn't find anything and I would need to contact "the agency" directly. So an empty promise to have someone contact me. It's been a couple days and the bites are still painful and itchy. I am going to the doctor today or tomorrow since I didn't have time before.
I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN. BE AWARE OF POTENTIAL BED BUGS.
On the second night the AC stopped working for a few hours.

beautiful apartment centrally located in the narrow alleys of albaicin. the hosts were very friendly and helpful though the mandatory online check-in process was challenging and data intensive.

Lovely apartments with good facilities, a few minutes walk to an amazing beach, nice quiet area and close to the coastal walking routes. Not far from all the local amenities and Santander. Very friendly staff and helpful receptionist. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back if we were in the area again. Would recommend if you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay 👌

this is definitely the best flat i’ve ever been to! the location is perfect, close to everywhere. and the room itself is kust wonderful—has everything you need, super clean, spacious and quiet. the lighting in the room is so good that i don’t wanna leave in the morning! also the lady at the reception table is very friendly and helpful as well. 11/10 will choose this place again if i come back to granada!
