They just ignore their customers.
They claimed to have a UK warehouse and delivery of my order would be 1 to 3 days. Thought I was safe ordering 2 weeks before I was going on holiday. Order confirmation arrived quickly but said there would be another one to confirm despatch. That seemed like a red flag. 5 days later, no despatch email received. I emailed and asked them to cancel order due to misleading delivery timescale. They didn't reply. 3 days later I sent another one telling them the same and confirming no-one would be home to take delivery and I have no alternates. They didn't bother to reply to that one either. So, without any notice from them, or the courier, my order was delivered and left on my doorstep. Unbelievably it was till there when I got home 6 days later. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and deliberate misleading information about delivery timescale. Not a company I would buy from again
