Quick answer, well understood my problem & solved with a viable solution.

AVC were excellent. After paying for lifetime licence for AVC Pro some time ago, I started having problems with certain sites. I sent them an email and they could not be more helpful. Same day replies to most emails and they guided me all the way until problem was solved. This is a great Video converter with great customer service.

I lost my laptop to a blue screen of death. When I got a new one the version of Any Video Converter I downloaded was very different to the one I previously had and I could not get it to work. One message to their support team later and Eco had got me up and running. Now it does everything the old version did and I am very happy.

Great people to work with. Had a small issue with an old license on my prior computer. I changed computers and used the old license number on the new computer which didn't work. I had to send a ticket to the support team. However, the team got back to me immediately with a new license number and got me back up and running! Great job.

I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star because I did have to reach out as the old license was not supported on my new machine. I think the team may want to support older licenses.

I purchased a LIFETIME licence years ago, laptop died...and I was susceptible that they would even respond to my email for support! Thankfully, they stood up to their warranty and recognized my licence, and actually UPDATED my software for free. That is COOL BEANS! Very Happy with this Company.

Been using AnyVideoConverter since 2016. Software works really well. Support is very good and always there if needed.

I've used Anvsoft for a few years now and its done everything I was looking for. A couple of times, I encountered problems with the software, but the support staff was quick to respond and resolved my issues fast.

Had some issues with Any Video Converter and thanks to Eco from Anvsoft, it's corrected in no time by Eco. And all works for me now.

Great product and used for years. Recent product update didn't work but team sent new link and now back to excellent performance. Highly recommended for screen capture and conversions.

After many years of great experience and always a top service I run into a problem with my old software version.
Within a couple of hours the problem was recognized and fixed by the friendly support team.
I even got the newest AVC software version for free.
For me it is clear that I will continue to work with this company.

Hadn't used my converter in a while. Needed to reinstall windows, couldn't use my old licence code. Emailed customer service and were very quick to reply and got me going again. Product is worth every penny.

Excellent customer service. When their new version of AVC was launched and my registration code stopped working, they promptly resolved it for me.

The customer service team is fabulous and quick. The product works great for any video/audio formatting and conversions that I do. Great product!

I have been using this product for years. The only one I use to get audio off of YouTube. Never an issue. No virus concerns. Highly recommended.
