Had a truly excellent experience with Sam and Antique Ring Boutique. After an initial choice of ring had some trouble during a slightly ambitious re-sizing, Sam was diligent and helpful throughout in finding an appropriate alternative. So much so, that we ended up liking the alternative more than the original!

My fiancé and I really appreciated his expert advice, his communication throughout the whole process, and his general customer service. Neither of us are experts or overly familiar with antique jewellery, so it was helpful to be walked through some key considerations and factors for coming to a decision.

Would highly recommend to anyone on the lookout for antique rings!

The Antique Ring Boutique totally exceeded my expectations.

Having purchased a gorgeous ring that caught our eye on line, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Sam on the day of collection and absolutely loved the whole experience.

The ring was even more beautiful when seen in person and I was thrilled to be the recipient and have not taken it off since.

I chose a very special blue sapphire sourced expertly by Sam from Sri Lanka with an exquisite lighter intensity which was just what I’d been looking for. The price and the quality of the ring were both superb and hearing Sam talk in depth about its provenance and his own passion for gems made the experience all the more memorable.

I cannot fault the customer service of ARB or the quality of the ring and I warmly commend ARB to anyone looking for that special piece. With all their items priced thoughtfully and so beautifully curated and cared for, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better option.

I recently ordered an engagement ring, which also required resizing. Communication was excellent, the resizing was completed well within the advised time frames, and the standard was excellent. The ring is absolutely beautiful and fits my fiancée perfectly. The box and package presentation were also lovely. I have no complaints or negative feedback at all, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Antique Ring Botique to anyone who is considering a purchase!

Despite the fact that there are many items on the website that I would like to purchase, I was unable to complete one. I am in Europe, and buying jewelry online is quite challenging, so I contacted Sam via WhatsApp to get additional information about delivery, warranties, and the items. Unfortunately, he simply didn't answer most of my questions or answered vaguely, ending each sentence with the phrase "if that makes sense..." I had to repeat my questions several times, and our correspondence ended up dragging on for two days. Eventually, Sam stopped responding my messages. I am very disappointed.

I bought a lovely ring from Sam and he changed the middle stone for me as I loved the setting but wasn’t sure about the centre of it. I absolutely love my ring it came in beautiful packaging which I think is a nice touch and a lovely receipt for insurance purposes. It’s not the first ring I have bought from this company and it certainly won’t be the last.

Stellar experience. I was looking for something unique fort engagement ring, and stumbled upon The Antique Ring Boutique’s website. They have beautiful inventory, and while perusing the site I stumbled upon my ring. I kept going back to it, as it took my breath away. I reached out via email and received a response within 24 hours. A few emails back and forth and I made the purchase. It was resized for me, and shipped out via DHL IT WAS RECEIVED WITHIN 3 days, and packaged beautifully. I can’t recommend this business enough. I’m looking forward to forward to making future purchases from them.

I had been looking for an aquamarine for a while and at first was a little nervous to make an expensive purchase from an account I followed on instagram. However; the team were very professional and I was able to view the ring in person during a trip to London. There was no pressure to buy and even when I knew I wanted to take the ring, Sam didn’t take any payment but put it on hold until I returned home. The ring is stunning and exactly what I was looking for. It arrived sized, beautifully packaged with all paperwork. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from The Antique Ring Boutique again.
