I ordered a set of curtains 4 months…
I ordered a set of curtains 4 months ago, one arrive last month, 3 months after ordering. The other curtain was due to arrive this week but hasn’t. They were expensive curtains, a different colour to what we ordered and have only received one curtain so far, 4 months the after ordering. I will not be ordering from here again,

Not a good experience
I love the item, although description was incorrect, as it was not one continuous piece of solid mango wood as stated.
Delivery was shocking, I received a dispatch note on the Friday, from you, after the product was delivered on the Wednesday. The product was delivered to a neighbour, and we were only aware of this as we have a ring doorbell, as no note was left advising of this.

The delivery was very fast, despite it being checked by customs. The products are great quality and were well packed which was important because I ordered glass.

Great products but sizing inconsistent- had to return jeans as too small despite being same size on label as current jeans from Anthro!

Being charged to return items, such a shame!!!
Sadly I would not recommend buying from Anthropologie online as they are now charging a return cost when returning items. Very disappointing!!!

Terrible customer service, not worth it
Interesting clothes as long as you don’t pay full price, which doesn’t justify the quality. However, truly shocking customer service. Unresponsive, unhelpful and just not interested in sorting out problems. Don’t bother.
