Undisclosed €29.95 return fee – not mentioned before purchase
Ordered an item from this store and had a very disappointing experience.
The product quality is extremely poor and does not match the photos shown on the website. The material feels like very cheap synthetic fabric and looks nothing like the advertised product.
When I tried to return the item, the company demanded a €29.95 return fee, which is not disclosed anywhere on their website or in the checkout process. This fee only appeared after I requested a return.
Under EU consumer protection rules, return conditions and costs must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Hidden return fees are not acceptable.
It also appears the item is drop-shipped directly from China, which was not indicated on the website either.
Because of this experience I opened a dispute with my card provider.
I would strongly advise future customers to read the return terms carefully before ordering.
