Regarding this company, I can only think well of it. First of all, the bundles are of incredible high quality! I have been making wigs and extensions for more than ten years, but I had never heard of Anna Hair before. The hair is stunning, silky, true to length, and sheds very little to nonexistently. Without a doubt, I'll be buying more later on. I heartily recommend this product to anyone looking for high quality hair. I must say that their packaging is also quite exquisite xx

Spent over ten years with Anna Hair. They are obviously skilled in taking care of their clients. Visited another place once, and it was simply not the same. They've got everything: next-day delivery, free expert guidance, and packaging you'd be happy to carry about. the caliber? Unique. It's as nice as new, even wigs purchased six years ago. It's really unbelievable even for my hairdresser. I'm grateful for the support, guidance, and camaraderie provided by the Anna Hair team. Every major occasion, including birthdays, christenings, weddings, engagements, and graduations, called for me to wear my Anna Hair. Consistently luxurious, each time.

Anna Hair is my go to for all my hand made wigs. I like the way they make them because they are usually nice and full, thick to the ends, nicely styled and cut unlike if you just buy a wig out of the box. Their wigs don't look'wiggy' at all. How natural they look had significantly boosted my confidence in wig wearing to their credit. They are truly glueless. I wear my units as protective styles while I regrow my natural hair after the big chop. Shipping is quick as well and I have always been pleased with every unit from them. Many options and styles to choose from too, you can always call them and they will talk you through all their wigs as they did for me. Overall, well deserved 5 stars from me!

The hair is simply marvellous and soft. Wearing it make me feel like a million dollars:). This is the third month its been in and the experience is nothing short of wonderful. I plan to continue being a loyal customer. The prices are very reasonable, and the speed of delivery was quick, timely for my graduation! If I could rate minus zero then I would. These people sell non human hair and when you contact them they WILL NOT respond back to you. This hair comes out in clumps this is the worst hair that I have ever purchased. These people will take your money and avoid the complaint at all costs. I BEG YOU PLEASE DO USE THIS TRASH USELESS FRAUD COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED. IM SO DISGUSTED BY THE POOR TREATMENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Masters of scamming customers out of their hard earned money for hair that is fit for dolls. Even Barbie had better quality hair. They advertise their hair is virgin quality. It is not. This hair is rubbish. It tangled two days after having the hair attached. It’s absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. I tried to call them and emailed numerous times and nothing but funny how they responded to PayPal when a dispute was raised.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING FRAUDSTERS.

Unfortunately I had a 2 bad experiences with a simple hair cut. Their customer was was very poor and there styling was awful. Leanne was the best stylist and now she has left. So please be aware.

Don’t buy from this company. They sent me wrong color, it took forever to ship, I received no invoice no return instructions. After finding on web site, you only have 8 days to return. So I am out $47. and will never buy throughFacebook again.

Do not buy from this company. They will not guarantee that you will receive the hair color you choose, or the quality of the product. They would not accept my return because of these concerns that I had. They advertised on Instagram. Rip off!

Annahairshop is showing beautifull wigs, hair toppers of real human hair, lovely models. I have been ordering 4 different models. The 4 wigs arrived, all the same model, synthetic hair, three times the same colour I did not order, one ok right color but they are awful, not anything comparing two the images of the hair toppers showed on internet. Scam 100%! In communication with Biliya Ruiming, who works for them, she is writing that they are sorry their products are not suitable to me, they will not pay the return costs as they have been sending the goods according two my order. I have decided to not resend the goods, too much money, after definitely not sure if they are gonna be refunding the wigs. So trustpilot is not to be trusted in this company!

I have been a professional stylist for over 20 years now and I have never came across hair this soft. I buy both, Brazilian and Peruvian Hair for my salon and for personal use too. It does not tangle as long as it’s not dirty and it is easy to comb through. I usually get about 3 installs out of it, which is longer than any other brand I have had before.

I came across this company when I was looking for next day delivery. They did not disappoint, even on Saturday. The hair came BEAUTIFULLY packaged, I have never had anything arrive with so much attention to detail. I got Brazilian body wave deal and the hair is so beautiful, I have no words. So soft to touch, combs through easily and its been about 7weeks now. I am certain this is the first time I actually received real Brazilian hair which is rare to come by. Their customer service was good, I called twice because I was worried about the next day delivery and they were so patient and slowly answered my one million questions. I am so happy to have found this company, I will never waste my time and money elsewhere

First saw this hair at my hairdressers and I've always wanted to buy it. It's on the pricey side for me but once my order arrived, wow. The packaging was so luxe and the hair was so soft, blown away :)

The packaging is beautiful and next day delivery was on point but my main reason for giving the five stars is the fact that this hair never tangles. I only brush it once in the morning and once in the evening when I braid it for bed. I got the Brazilian 16" bundle deal and the 14" closure and the hair was longer than I expected. The ends are full but not blunt and look natural. I'm already thinking of getting my next weave from this same company.

Worst order of my life. It took 3 months for my order to arrive. Despite the delay, the hair i ordered was the wrong one. I am greatly disappointed. I Will never buy anything from this company again

I have been buying hair from this company since 2014 or 2015 but the quality has changed . Firstly, I notice one batch I got the ends were really thin. Secondly, I realised I ordered Peruvian hair and they sent Brazilian which they tried to explain that the hair goes through couple people to verified before sending to client . With all these concerns I continue to purchase their hair .
Lastly, couple of my wigs/extensions are becoming tangled/matted. And I recommended a friend who got ripped off as the hair was a mess after one wash so I will not purchase anymore from them. Don’t waste your money .

I am someone who cares my extensions and still have hair that I bought from different suppliers in 2009/2010 that I still have and we are now in 2020. Difficult to find quality suppliers now.

I ordered the kinky hair extensions Monday night and they arrived this afternoon in perfectly undamaged packaging. The hair quality is amazing and I’ll definitely be using this company again. I also love the hair care message that comes inside the box! Thank you! :)

From packaging, to fast shipping and super soft hair, this is the best I ever had. I got Peruvian natural wave and would definitely buy again.👍
