Deceptive to sell shoes,they would have known the size difference!!

Deceptive to sell shoes when they would have known about sizing problems. I ordered a few things in sale before Christmas. The other things were okay, but I ordered 2 pairs of gummies slides. I'm a genuine size 7. What arrived would fit a 9/10 even higher! I find it appalling they are doing this before Christmas! I'm wondering how to add photos here because I have photos of them next to my size 7 Archies abs the difference is ridiculous! There is no way you wouldn't have known. Also before Christmas. Just messing people around. Not nice. They arrived today on time I have emailed but got the generic we are away until the start of Jan. Hopefully they will get back to my email. I will see if they sort this out. Cause despite being on sale that's not the issue or the point! They are unwearable and it wasn't mentioned on your site.
