Poor quality
Bought a power bank from their official store on ebay to go travelling with. It broke within 3 weeks. They did offer to replace it but only if I returned the item. Unfortunatly I'm travelling for an extended period and am unable to return the item. This meant I had to buy another power bank. Waste of money, very poor quality.

Where you will then be told of the grand total you accidentally agreed to, with no way to cancel or correct.. This is all after you have already cashed out.And paid.. Very Disappointing Experience with Anker – Poor Quality & Terrible Support
I regret buying the Anker MagGo 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station. I paid around $150 for this, expecting premium quality, but after just 5 months it started malfunctioning and not charging properly. What’s even worse is the customer service. I contacted Anker support and went through 5–6 emails of back-and-forth. Each time they asked me to try a different troubleshooting step — reset this, test that, send videos, repeat everything. It felt like they were trying to delay rather than actually help. After all that, their final response was that the issue is not covered under warranty, and they just closed the case. No proper resolution, no replacement, nothing. Completely unacceptable, especially since it’s only been a few months. This is honestly one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional and a terrible way to treat customers. At this point, I’ve given up dealing with them. I won’t be buying anything from Anker again. I’d rather switch to brands like Belkin that offer better quality and actually stand behind their products.

Overall love Anker and their products. However, a few problems: They can never find your order if you purchased from a 3rd party provider, e.g., Amazon. They don't link your phone or email either to products, so when there is an issue, if's the wild west when trying to satisfy that, indeed, you did purchase the product. There's no way to easy register (or use warranty-by the time you need it, good luck finding the purchased or credit card receipt. Need a better way to add purchases to your account on the Anker website. Also, their customer service reps are using AI to give you troubleshooting advice, which may or not be useful. In their email responses, they don't include previous responses, so hard to track where you are.

Ordered during the Xmas shopping rush and received my order without timing issues! The chargers were Anker, nuff said. Not the first, nor the last time I order directly from their site!

Hats off to the creator of this brand. I was introduced to Anker by a coworker. And I absolutely love my chargers. They charge super fast.
It was cheap
It was cheap, but the build doesn't feel super robust. I probably should have expected this, but it doesn't work well for connecting with USB drives. It's pretty smooth with everything else though.
LIARS AND MISLEADING FAKE PRICES
I purchased Soundcare Q20i headphones for €27.99 on their Amazon store which were advertised as condition "Refurbished - Excellent". When I received them the ear cup was scratched, the headband had a white paint mark and the left speaker was not working, so I returned them the next day.
While waiting for a refund I noticed a brand new pair was for sale at €29.99, so I was going to buy them, but the next day the price increased to €39.99 apparently on sale from €49.99. A few days later and the price went down to €39.99.
Their prices are extremely misleading as they falsely claim they're on sale when in fact they increased the price.
I contacted customer support who twice stated they are willing to price match if the order was recent. When I asked for them to confirm exactly what they're price matching (new or refurb), I was told "we regret to inform you that we are not currently offering any promotions or discounts. The price displayed on our website is the lowest price we can offer".
So Anker are selling the headphones for €49.99 and unable to offer them for €29.99 which they were selling them for a few days ago, yet a reseller on AliExpress in Germany is able to sell them for €29.89.
I've been a loyal Anker customer for around 10 years and this is how they treat me. Absolutely disgusting.
Zero Stars: Product and Support Both Failed
First of all, I received a damaged item. On top of that, I was sent the wrong item entirely.
Even though I paid extra for the worry-free purchase that was supposed to cover exactly these kinds of issues, it ended up causing more frustration than if I hadn’t bought it at all.
I would give 0 stars for the product and negative stars for customer support.
As someone who has been a customer for 5 years, this experience is extremely disappointing. It honestly makes me reconsider staying loyal when there are other companies that offer better support—and possibly better products as well.

Anker Nano Car Charger (167.5W, 3 Ports). I purchased it after comparing a similar range and carefully evaluating the Pros and Cons. After placing the order, it arrived within the time limit, and I checked the actual performance. I have a 200W USB-C cable that I've used with a charger, and it truly charges your Mobile Device in a car like a high-performance charger. Charging is very fast, and I have not seen any issues so far. If all 3 ports are used, then it still charges really fast. You can buy it without any second thought.
