Aimee saw my elderly cat today at the Shrewsbury clinic.
She was extremely professional and had a lovely kind compassionate manner ,not what you get with all vet's!.

I can honestly say this is the best vet I have ever used. All of the staff are friendly and answer any questions I might have. The vets are so caring and genuine, it's not always possible to see the same vet, but I don't mind at this vets because they're all as good. I took my dog expecting the worst, as her mobility had become so bad, but they have given her a new lease of life. I am forever grateful for this. Thank you all at Animal Trust you're amazing :-)

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff, premises and prices were superb. The vet we saw was very pet focused, caring and professional. He put us at ease. I knew my boy was being very well looked after by people that cared. 100% recommend Animal Trust

Always 5 star service here. The vets are friendly and professional and never looking for you to spend money you don't need to. The staff on reception are always fantastic and efficient. They always smile and make you feel welcome.

Reception staff were welcoming and waiting room was large, clean along with the examination rooms. I never felt rushed and everything was explained to me. My dog is at end of care, so I know theirs not much they can do, but they where so nice with him.

Vet was proffessional and explained everything about my dogs condition,easy to make online appt,as i needed one quite quickly,receptionist was helpful and informative,

We have visited the practice in Stockton 3 times now. The premises and facilities are modern, spacious, well equipped and laid out and very clean. The reception staff are welcoming, very pleasant and helpful. The vets are very empathetic to the demeanour, condition and responses of the animal presented. Very engaged with the owner about the issues, possible causes and the remedies available (as well as any cost). They don't charge for consultation, all their charges are transparent and very reasonable compared to other practices. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

My dog was seen quickly and treated for an allergic reaction at the Failsworth practice. Making the online appointment was straightforward. I was greeted by very friendly reception staff. The vet was excellent. She calmed my nervous dog, examined him, prescribed medication and advised on ongoing treatment. Have recommended them to several friends.

Our girl hasn’t long left. We are so grateful that Animal Trust Telford help our girl (and us) keep her pain free, happy and comfortable. We know there’ll come a time when we have to let her go. But for now she’s full of live xx

There is a reason they offer free consultations.
Birkenhead branch is not fit for purpose. Changed my appointment time and didn't bother to tell me. Had a stressed dog waiting half hour for his appointment. Then the vet walked out mid consultation! My poor dog still hasn't got his repeat meds.
Previously requests for medications are never actioned and can't get through on the phone
In the past they've not even been able to dispense drugs correctly- not given the correct quanity but charged full price.
Absolutely filthy rooms. And poo bin overflowing outside. This is what customers can see. Dread to think what the back is like.
1 receptionist so delays in checking in.
2 vets/nurses sat in office chatting away while apparently due to emergencies appointments not taking place.
Didn't even know they did emergencies because everytime I've rang they've said to go to Ellesmere port!

Amazing staff all round. Very animal and people focussed. Easy to book appointments. Explain everything in detail. No consultation fees. Deal with pet plan direct. One vet communicated frequently about my cat as I was on holiday when the results came through. Truly over and above service. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Thank you all. I have taken my shih tzu to Animal Trust Birkenhead for a number of years. All the staff are professional and very patient with him
I would highly recommend this surgery, We also have the plan which is so cost effective as our dog is in his senior years and not insured.

I called the Ellesmere Port practice last night as my chocolate lab became acutely unwell. I called to ask if I could bring her in to be made comfortable (put to sleep). I was told that as I'm on the North Wales side I should take her to Colwyn Bay (who were willing to do it for £580 which priced me out). I explained this and explained she was in distress - no help whatsoever. She told me "even if you bring her, we only have one vet tonight whose busy". She passed away this morning, thankfully peacefully at home. But there was no care or consideration for my pet from this company. I'm disgusted.

Brilliant vets. No consultation fee just for treatment. Parking area was crowded and had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in at reception. Aside from that everything else was brilliant. Vet was 10/10 empathetic, caring knowledgeable. Both my cats seen together, health check given, very happy with vet. Small feedback would be to advise costs before going ahead with treatment. I would have still paid- just would be better to be advised of costs before treatment, otherwise brilliant. One other point for improvement is to create a separate dog/cat sections or some partition just to put my cats at ease from dogs also coming in, which was a little intimidating especially when you get more fierce breeds.

We more than happy with the treatment of our little foreign rescue dog.
He has had his vaccinations there and a tooth extraction.
The staff were friendly and professional and treated him in a kind caring way.

Stockton vets - The reception staff were lovely, very friendly, and clearly adored my son’s puppy. Unfortunately, the vet made us feel rushed and didn’t interact with him at all. She also made a mistake when microchipping him and had to do it again, which was upsetting. I felt so sorry for the poor dog. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this vets and will be changing to one that actually cares about and loves animals.

Friendly and helpful. Gave advice and reasons about treatment. No problems very satisfied with visit.
