We rang to say our buddy was in pain with his right eye,we were given eye drops for 2 days and after 2 days they said his eye needs to be removed because of glaucoma, from a call on Thursday the 11th they had him in for surgery on Monday 15th and he was home by the evening. His surgery went well and its healed quite quick. Consultation is free and we were given app every time we rang. Eye surgery was £519 and we sent the eye to be tested and later found out he had a Tumour and they were able to remove every bit of it, only cost £200 for the eye to be tested. Really good quality Vet's and great Value for money

After a successful operation for my dog he has recovered well with the advice given. Staff are tentative, helpful and kind listening to any concerns. Never overcrowded in the hospital waiting room which is good as some dogs can be reactive and never have to wait that long. Would definitely recommend to other as the price was great aswell compared to others.

Having my first encounter out of hours was hassle free. The vet explained my dog needed an operation. He listened to me when I told him some of her history which did not recommend anasthetic. We talked about alternative treatment. It was explained to me very clearly that this was not recommended. It might not work and there's high risk of a repeat pyrometria after her next season. As I had seen the signs early I opted for alternative treatment which involved injections at very precise times. They worked, so now the vet is making enquiries among other vets regarding a little known treatment and what can be found out about its safety. He cant do any more than this. Due to out of hours treatments on two occasions we saw a vet who was in covering out of hours. Next apointment was normal hours. The vet we saw has now left so the fourth apointment was with yet another vet so I cant say how easy it is to request the same vet. All have listened and given advise.
Staff are lovely, easy to talk to.
Prices were good eg out of hours £79. Where else can you get out of hours for that? And on the subject not many options. Im pleased to know there's a dedicated service like this in my area.

The Animal Trust in Rhyl is honestly, the best veterinary practice I've ever used . All the staff are welcoming, friendly and provide the best care and treatment for my dog. I've never had to wait too long for an appointment and their fees are very reasonable. Change to this vets now, you and your pet(s)will be glad you did

I’ve had a great experience with Animal Trust Vets. Their pricing is very transparent, and everything is clearly explained upfront, which I really appreciate. Compared to other vets, their costs are much lower without compromising on the quality of care.

I’d definitely recommend checking and comparing vet prices, just like you would with insurance or a mortgage. It’s surprising how much they can vary, and Animal Trust offers excellent value for money.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Vet was very calming when talking to my dog. Information given to me regarding her care was very helpful. One happy dog and owner.

The best experience I have ever had with a caring & compassionate vet. All the staff at Animal trust are friendly & very caring & you don’t need to take out a bank loan to pay the bill.

Easy to register and got an appointment for our cat the same day
The waiting area was clean and receptionist was lovely and polite.
The vet who saw our cat was excellent and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on.

I true to make an appointment for my Cat however was told none available. Had to take a photo of my Cats leg.
They emailed me and asked me to go in at a particular time however I could make it as I had to travel so requested a later slot.
I was told there were none available and that I should ring the next morning to see if there were any free or go on line bearing in mind it takes them half an hour to answer the phone and I can’t access on line.

Extremely unprofessional communication and dismissive of my concerns.
I have since took him to another Vet’s and he has an abscess…… He is having an urgent operation.
Absolutely disgusted with this service and have now changed vets.

Just moved to the area and had to change vet’s and check on our dog Bobby health as had a upset tummy online booking was so easy and the staff were just so friendly and supportive and reassuring and the clinic so clean with very easy parking

Very easy to book online to get appointment, staff are really friendly nothing is rushed in the appointment everything explained took time with my anxious dog when checking her over. 💯 recommended and totally reusable prices.

Another good experience with this vets surgery. Friendly reception staff and a caring vet. The young man had such a connection with my dog. My dog was stressed and he calmed him down. I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained to me. They actually care about your pet. Reasonable prices too.

I could never praise them all highly enough as they are all very professional, polite, informative, knowledgeable and will always explain any costing before proceeding with any treatment and there is never any pressure as they will work with you to reach a solution for what is best for your beloved furry friend!!!

Archie's been to the vets today and it cost me £3.32 (for his medicine 🥰)

He had a saturday appointment, got there and had a blood test & no perscription fee
(He also gets a free ultrasound if needed, free annual jabs and worm and flea treatment)

It's great for anyone with loads of dogs like me 🐶🐕🐶🐕

All my other dogs get free appointments and no perscription fees because I pay £19.50 a month for Archie.

For the year its £234 minus annual vaccines at £80ish its £154 for all those perks. Todays appointment would have probably cost more at other vets ❤️

Animal Trust take away some anxiety when my dogs are unwell

I'm always banging on about them but Animal Trust Blackburn are amazing

I used to hate the feeling of being exploited when I was charged for appointments and the dread of what the bill would come to, which I always paid because I love them 🙈
