I am a visitor in UK and have ordered on 31 March. It wS supposed to get delivered in 3-5 business days and I am still waiting!! I am leaving UK in 10 days and this will be so disappointing if I cannot have my order.
I would love to order more if I had it on time! No body is responding and that makes it even more annoying!

No customer service. I can’t get a response anywhere about my order. Looking through their comments I see a lot of people having the same issue. A COMPLETE scam.

I wanted to leave a review as I don’t think this brand has gotten the reputation it deserves. I was sceptical because of the reviews I’ve read regarding people not receiving their order, while I did have some troubles with delivery that is a completely separate issue from the actual brand and more of a postal service problem! I bought the Kawaii Kisses Glitter Lip Kit, and I am in love with them, they are so glittery and the shine so well! The packaging is adorable however it does have glitter on it as a design and that glitter does not stick to the box as well as the glitter sticks to your lips. The packaging can make it a little messy. The box containing the product had a certain smell to it like candy, I can’t really name what candy though, but it smelled artificial. The glitter does not rub off after it has dried and I even applied lipgloss over it and I did not get a single grain on my lipgloss applicator! It made your lips grainy but that’s to expect as it is literally glitter glued onto your lips. However it was not a bother. I was scared it was going to be hard to get of but it came off after a bit of rough scrubbing and my lips are super soft after. Love this product! 5 stars

I love the glitter lip kit from this brand! I bought because nikki tutorials recommended it and she's so right. I didn't have any issues with shipping like some of the reviews but I can imagine it must be difficult as a small business to ship out so many orders so I understand about delays. but they were super helpful and responsive to help me find the right colour for me. and my daughter loves it too, will be buying her and her friends some soon! would recommend

the same thing happened to me where my item was not shipped out and everytime i reach out to them , they tell me that they are gonna start shipping the item? but it never got sent out? dissapointing. and the worse part is they are still out here marketing their product as if they were gonna send them out? gonna reach out to the influencers that had used their product before to tell them that they are a scam and to stop promoting their stuff to prevent more victims

Still waiting on my item, which was ordered 1 month ago. Was emailed dispatch notification 3 weeks ago. Not received anything. I live in the UK. Shipping is supposed to be up to 10 days. Would have been easier to sit on the train for an hour and pick it up in-person..

I am all for supporting small businesses and have done many times and had good experiences. On this occasion I’m really frustrated with the handling of shipping and apparent lack of care towards customers. Many other comments across social media and the website appear to show the same concerns.

Come on Animakeup, support your customer base to help your company to grow and develop! Less repetitive Instagram/TikTok ads/lives to boost sales, and more effort to actually send the items to the people who have purchased. No more false expectations please.

If i could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered on October 15th, 2023 and I have not received any email in regards to a confirmation or tracking. I have emailed their customer service email since on their Instagram account claims they don’t handle issues via DM. I got no response via email and I sent a DM on IG and absolutely nothing. I also see people in the comment section experiencing the same thing. If there was any issue, the least they could do is alert the customer. However, that’s not the case here. They're a SCAM!

I ordered the product 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received the product yet and nor the tracking number. By reading other comments here it seems they are not sending the items. I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.

Literally waited 2 months for my order and it never came. They stopped replying to my email now I have to call up my bank to get a refund. Do not buy.

Didn't send my order, they haven't been sending orders out but will take your money. They have now started deleting comments on their Instagram from everyone asking about heir packages. It's a scam stay away there's other glitter lip companies.

They haven't sent me my product, I ordered it about 2 months ago. They are scams.
