I liked shopping with this site! They have lots of variety and alot of cute things to pick from. On top of that they had great customer service and are super easy to get ahold of if a problem was to arise. Very enjoyable experience!

The service of getting here was Eh.
But that’s to be expected when the company is somewhere over seas in Asia. Coming all the way to the United States. The Cinnamonroll Night Gown I ordered came all safe, cozy, and very pretty!

Absolutely wonderful products! The quality of my dress was amazing, comfortable, and looked exactly as pictured! The necklace was also very easy to snap on and comfortable to wear! I will definitely be purchasing from this shop again!

First time ordering contact lens. They came in a timely manner. When they came and I opened the bottle to try on, I was so confused! The wrong stickers were on the wrong bottles with the wrong colours. Luckily I can ready some Chinese to know the colours are wrong. They didn’t send what I ordered - one pair prescription and one pair no prescription. Instead they sent both no prescription. They also kindly gave me a free gift of a Hazel/brown colour….but both had prescription! But I can only use one in one eye and not the other so it’s useless to me.
I’ve emailed them on 24th June and asked for my prescription lens as ordered to be sent to me. No response, chased by email on 1st July, now 5th of July and no response yet.
This first impression is not a good professional one, especially as no response to my emails.

I've been ordering from them for a few years now, I never had an issue until recently.. I ordered 4 items a couple months ago and one of which apparently was no longer available but I was still charged for, they attempted to have me switch the item for a different one instead of an immediate refund. I declined the switch and opted for a refund instead, (rightfully). I have now received the rest of the 3 items and have yet to be refunded the money for the unavailable item. The last message I received said "I will try to refund again and let you know." This was 4 days ago and personally the wording of it came across very unprofessional and not to mention I have not in fact been let known about my refund status.

I ordered something from them in august and it said it was at my door like a week later but it wasn’t and now it’s october and every time i try to ask them where my package is they avoid my questions and send me the number to usps even though usps didn’t ship my item. now they are saying i won’t receive my package until after may 6th

Absolutely love my items. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now. Absolutely adore their wigs and the selection between styles and colors. I’d always used anibiu to only buy wigs but recently checked out some of their cosplay lingerie and I am in love. 100% recommend. +++ delivery is always efficient and punctual. Nothing bad to say about this company. 💚

I’ve bought an item from Anibiu and can say confidently that they’re a great store! My package came with no problems or delays, and the wig I bought was great quality! I definitely do recommend buying from them because you will not leave disappointed!

I bought 3 wigs at a time and they delivered at a good speed and all the wigs are what i expected from the pictures. Good quality wigs, some bangs need trimmed but that is better than having them too short. Would purchase again

My experience with anibiu has been really nice! They’re very transparent and if I have an issue, I send them an email. They typically respond between two to three days if they’re busy, but nonetheless still get the job done and well.

In my collection, I probably have over 6 wigs from them so far. All are absolutely amazing! I’m super picky about the hair parts and anibiu’s wigs have been high quality with hair parts that look pretty natural. With a little styling, the wigs are flawless.

I've bought from Anibiu a few times already and they have never let me down. I ordered wigs from their website and every time they come perfectly packaged and very soft. I would 100% recommend it to anyone because it's very affordable and good quality!

I've ordered twice from this store and both times have been great! I’ve bought a wide array of items like jewelry, clothes, wigs and fake teeth and all have been great. The wigs are very good quality especially considering their price, they're very soft, however the softness can vary from wig to wig and they don't shed too much. Their customer service is also very good, I had purchased a wig that was sold out but the website had not updated yet so they emailed me and allowed me to switch it out for any other wig of my choice, it was very nice. Overall I'd highly recommend and will definitely be buying from them again.

I ordered the Kakegurui-Jabami Yumeko Cosplay wig as I needed a new wig for my cosplay and it’s perfect!! The quality is amazing! From the wig cap itself to the fibres. It’s so comfortable to wear and I can’t get over how soft the wig is. There was like no shedding at all when I brushed it. I didn’t need to style it at all either except trim the bangs down which I do with all my wigs anyway.

I’m so pleased with this wig and I’m definitely going to order more of my wigs from them.

I got a wig from this store a few days back, and I have to say I was very pleasently surprised by the great quality it has! It has a lot of strong fibers, they're very soft to the touch and there's absolutely no bald spots anywhere. The net is very good and it's very well sewn, plus it has a lot of adjustable options and ways to attach and secure the wig :)
As for the color, I got a black and grey one and the gradient was beautiful! Super soft and natural, I could totally wear this wig in my everyday life and I very much reccomend it.

I love their products . I buyed some pair of lenses. They're soft and easy to wear. Natural ones have a very beautyfull effect.
I also buyed some wigs. They are super cute, soft and silky. Colors are the same as the site photograph. I really liked them.

I really like all of their products. I have mainly bought wigs and contacts from them, and both have been very comfortable. Also, their products are long-lasting. I like the quality of what I’ve gotten and the fact that, unlike most overseas markets, I can reuse my products without worry.

High quality synthetic wigs that look very realistic! They're very soft and do not tangle when out and about in public Any questions or concerns that I've had were answered in a timely manner and handled very well. Easy to style wigs that fit comfortably on your head and do not move at all. The wigs can be cut, curled, straightened, etc. This company is wonderful and very nice to customers. I am a returning customer as I highly recommend purchasing from here! I've already ordered a second wig and a third one soon, this will be a normal thing for me now! Thank you!
