Mitch from Bournemouth fit our conservatory single handed and was absolutely brilliant! Would give him 6 stars if we could. Personable, excellent workmanship and left the space spotless. Someone give that man a raise! Cannot rate him highly enough. The product is excellent quality. The groundworks crew were good. The plasterer was adequate. The electrician was fine. Communication on whom to expect when was poor. Overall, great product and got lucky with the fitter. Impressed with the health and safety guy checking in. Good to see a company looking after their staff.

I had appointment for 11am & got a call saying it was cancelled as it was double booked. How can a company book appointment without checking if the slot is available or not ?

On my 3rd replacement composit door and still making noises so waiting on my 4t, poorly made door every one been the same Will never use this company again

Installation of new front door was quick, efficient and very good finishing.

I am happy with the product but not the customer service after care.
Still waiting for my front window to be finished off after numerous phone calls and no reply from emails. Be warned as soon glad they gave the money you are forgotten about.

I wrote a review on the 21st June and in response to a fully valid complaint, I received a replie saying they were sorry for the problems and I would be contacted by my local region(west midlands) to reach a resolution .
2 months on i have received Nothing!!

The replacement window was measured, delivered and installed quickly with appointments agreed. It was all veryeasy.

Installer (Dan) arrived on time and unloaded his van. There seemed to be a mountain of tools and items to carry up stairs but he did so without evening scratching or knocking the walls. The night before I cleared the room for him apart from one heavy piece of furniture but he did that for me without any problem...and put it back some hours later! Mid-way I took him a drink and the bedroom looked like WW3 had broken out, but several hours later you would never have known he'd been there. Not a speck of dirt or broken frames pieces etc anywhere to be seen. Was just like I had left it with everything put back in its place. Amazing service...and guess what, unlike so many trades people these days he did not find it necessary to bring the ubiquitous portable radio tuned to some obscure station blaring out high volume music(?) in order to complete a work assignment. Would recommend Anglian Windows any day of the week.

The door and window are good quality as one would expect. The best thing about the service was the guys who installed them. They were extremely efficient and respectful and lovely and friendly - it didn't feel like having strangers in the house!

The work completed was very professional. Reece and Callum were informative and got about their work with diligence. The finsihed product of a new front oak door looks very clean and tidy, but most of all enhamces the look of our frontage!

What is forgot to say was besides them not refunding my £4500 thay have left my property in a state of repair and they won't put it back as it was before they started i got a message back through trust pilot they said they would be in touch with me in due course nothing has happened as yet it looks like I will be going to a small claims court for breach of contract as work not carried out and £4.500 deposit not returned

Communication was outstanding during the initial choosing and paying the deposit period. Unfortunately the honeymoon is over and nobody is interested in giving us a manufacturer timescale. Including our Sales Consultant. I’ve contacted a local company to measure up for our new conservatory.

Anglian home improvement has installed double glazing in my house and it is guaranteed with Fensa. I decided to replaced my inner door with Anglian as I want value for money. Therefore I give
5 stars.

They did the job very well

Job number 40051848 total for the job £9200 They Took my £4500 deposit in November 2025 THE surveyor said no asbestos WICH I HAVE IN WRITING on 21 January 2026 when they started the the job the fitters found asbestos they stopped work anglia home improvements ashi group wanted £15.510 to remove the asbestos i said i would not pay that money i said if I would have known about the asbestos i would have not gone ahead with the work thay refused to pay my deposit back its in the hands of the credit card people it's now August 2026 BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

My parents ordered new windows earlier this year and advised the company that they were having work done to their property which may delay the installation. We were told it would not be an issue. Work completed and the company contacted to arrange fitting.
First appointment. Workmen arrived stated they couldn’t work as scaffolding needed wasn’t in place. The company knew this beforehand so we cannot understand why this wasn’t organised by them as agreed.
Scaffolding delivered and then 2nd visit arranged my folks got a call on the day agreed
advising the work van was in the garage being repaired (does such a large company only have one van available!).
Third visit arranged for today. Call received this morning. Apparently no workmen turned up for work. Call promised to arrange a 4th appointment at the time of writing this review 18:34, 28/08/26 no call received.
Scaffolding has been in situ for a few weeks now and it’s location blocks a pathway into the back garden that my 95 year old Father and 91 year old Mum use. They can’t access it whilst it remains there due to safety concerns.
I think it is appalling that this company thinks it is ok to treat customers in this way. Especially given the age of my parents.
Very quick to take a deposit but not so keen on getting the job done.
Such poor customer service.
Would we recommend anyone to employ this company….absolutely not.

Empty promises.I have over the last few days spoken to Anglia 3 times to be told it will be removed tomorrow each time but tomorrow never comes. Now the matter is apparently being investigated and I will hear from then today. I am waiting expectantly It looks as if the scaffolding will still be here at Christmas, but which Christmas ?
