Email come on Monday next day delivery order #4462 is Friday and still no item!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. I placed an order for a wheelchair and tried to contact you just a few minutes later to request an upgrade to a better model , cancel order. Unfortunately, no one responded to my request, and the chair was sent out anyway. Over 7 days and no one contacted me and no chair.
To make matters worse, the item never arrived, yet I have been charged for it.
I am now about to travel in 2 days! and do not have the wheelchair I urgently need. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me serious inconvenience.
Please contact me immediately to arrange either:
• A full and prompt refund
• Or an urgent solution to provide the correct wheelchair before my departure.
I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible. Please confirm receipt of this message.

Purchased direct from their website, straight forward online purchase. Super quick dispatch and delivery. The Aerolite Four Wheel Rollator came fully assembled and only required to adjust grip height based on user requirements. First impression a very well made, simple folding mechanism and easier to maneuver for storage due to light weight.

Amazingly fast service and great product! Wheel chair arrived next day . Excellent quality, easy to use, lightweight. Definitely recommend this company.

Only used wheelchair couple of times so far. But it nice to push and my son seems comfortable sitting. Luke style of wheelchair it doesn’t look like medical equipment, more stylish and red padded seating makes it look modern

Scooter is lightweight and easily fits in the boot of my car. Battery removes easily for charging and is not heavy like other scooters I’ve had in the past. I would highly recommend this scooter

Exactly what we wanted.
Very prompt delivery and just the back strap to fit. Surprisingly weight is lighter than size would suggest. Tyres absorb all vibration from pavement and road surfaces which is worth five stars in itself!

From ordering the product to its delivery was super quick and efficient we were well impressed and the product was exactly what we needed.

I bought this chair for my mom who is in a care home as the breaks had gone in her old one. The chair is very stylish and comfortable with a affordable price. The arms lift to make going to the toilet easier for mom. It would have been absolutely perfect however the manager of mom's home has said I have to change it as the mesh panel on the back and seat of the chair isn't suitable as it can cause cross contamination and can't be cleaned properly if mom should have an accident or drops food in inviting mould to form! As mom's name is on it it can't be returned but as she's happy with it we will keep it for when we take her out and purchase one of the other chairs available

A really fast delivery time. The rollater is a very reasonable price and great quality compared to some for sale elsewhere. It came almost fully assembled. Easy instructions for use.
It has totally changed my ability to get around outside with confidence. The larger wheels and pneumatic tyres mean that I am able to use it on gravel and grass and uneven ground. Plus the seat is substantial and allows me to rest periodically so I can walk a further distance in total. Wish I'd bought one sooner and I can thoroughly recommend buying one from Angel Mobility.
