Loving my new kitchen from Andersons had great service from start to finish 👌 Susan was very helpfull and patient on advising and designing and we are very pleased with the result! Couldnt fault all contractors who worked hard throughout, Keith especially, would reccomend. 👍

Not a great experience with this company. Still waiting for faulty flooring to be replaced after nearly 2 years! Concern was raised during installation however manager and fitters argued between themselves about how it should be installed and nothing was resolved. Flooring started to sink and lift very quickly in multiple areas as it was laid directly into quarry tiles. We spent a lot of money having kitchen, utility and flooring done but it has always looked terrible. The manager promised a new floor in early summer but now it’s nearly September again! . Very disappointed with Anderson’s.

Very, very impressed with the price, quality, workmanship and service from Andersons. Kerry was extremely helpful in helping us choose, working well to get the best for our budget. The joiner/fitter was Paul and hes probably the most skilled, focused and dilligent tradesman we have ever come across. The icing on the cake was the after sales service. We had a minor problem with the positioning of one of lighting channels (actually our fault, due to not explaining to the electrician where we wanted it). The branch manager, Linda came to our house to have a look and immediatelly rectified it with what we would call a special kind of magic. In todays climate of shoddy workmanship and almost zero after sales service, to say we were gobsmacked by her intuition and commitment to us is a huge understatement. Our kitchen is beautiful, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andersons.

First class service from Anderson’s Kilmarnock from initial design through to final installation. Kerry was superb, no sales pressure at all and did the upmost to get is the best discount available.

We had arranged installation with Davy separately, however, he also fits for Anderson’s. Davy’s experience and knowledge was the icing on the cake, his suggestions and ultimately the quality of his workmanship is unsurpassed, we are over the moon with the kitchen and couldn’t have asked for anymore.

We received excellent service from the minute we met John Partington in the Stranraer showroom until our completed kitchen four weeks later.

Stuart the fitter carried out a first-class job that could not be faulted.

John checked regularly throughout the fitting that we were happy with the products and workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Andersons of Stranraer.

I would heavily warn anyone against using Anderson’s services. The work was contracted to finish in 5 weeks' time, it begun in January, and this is the 5th month in which our home is still a construction site! They have installed multiple malfunctioning items and when this was brought to their attention it was a hassle to resolve. The poor workmanship has resulted in uneven, incomplete, chipped flooring. They have taken incorrect measurements countless times which led to unlevelled flooring and required us to have a new front door replaced. Despite assuring us they will handle the matter they are currently pressuring us to accept a sub-quality ill-fitting front door, which will create a safety hazard. They are not taking ownership of their faults.

They’ve not only been incredibly rude to deal with and are purposefully delaying their work, they have also been harassing us for payment for unfinished, shoddy work. Despite putting the work on hold for multiple weeks their workmen have shown up at the house delivering letters and parking outside the house making us feel unsafe in our own home.

What’s the most worrying is that the house is a safety hazard and has been since January. There is loose, sharp tiling all over the entrance and exposed wires as well as the downstairs bathroom being unusable.

We want the job over and done with. The amount stress we’ve had to go through emailing them back and forth is simply abhorrent and yet there is no outcome. It has been an incredibly long and frustrating arduous ordeal!

Fantastic service start to finish. Kerry in the Kilmarnock branch came out, measured up and produced a great design. No sales pressure and nothing too much of a problem. Even after we changed our mind on the splashback. Paul the joiner who was tasked with the install made a brilliant job. Will definitely be recommending Anderson's and Kerry in particular.

Andersons provide an excellent kitchen planning service which makes it a positive experience.We found the pricing by to be competitive, and the staff in the Stranraer showroom both helpful and knowledgeable.We found that nothing was too much trouble for them, and any problems were quickly rectified.We would definitely recommend this firm.

Had a expensive kitchen fitted and then they say you have solid brass handles there peeling away absolutely no after care when it was installed I see so many kitchens this firm have fitted and mine is so shoddy kitchen cooker still has the wrapping on it was never taken off it looks awful carnt believe I paid all that money for the cheap work done .My tap should of been replaced .All the catches have come off too what a waist of money.

From start to finish I cannot fault Andersons Ltd in Carlisle for their service, customer commitment and quality.
We had our kitchen designed by Maya who has fantastic and managed to provide a lot more space within the same area. She listened to what we wanted and delivered something we didn’t think was possible.
The fitting was done by Chris who was fantastic. We spent more time with him and he was making a very stressful experience to us, much more chilled. Mark the electrican and Glenn the plasterer could not have been more helpful and engaging with what we wanted.
The kitchen with new flooring has transformed the house and given a new cooler vibe. It’s not finished as decoration but it’s looking fantastic as it is.
I am giving Andersons top marks for a quality kitchen and brilliant service from beginning to end.

Kerry (Kilmarnock) was fantastic when designing my kitchen. She was very patient when I changed my mind about things. She took time to show me examples in the store and she responded quickly to my emails. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable about the products she sells.

When we needed a new kitchen was told I should go to Andersons in Kilmarnock. Brian came out and measured our kitchen a couple of weeks later went to see the designs at kilmarnock. Kenny and his son Christopher along with Derek the electrician started work on the date agreed absolutely first class, always showed up at the right time and gave advice as he went along. Fixed a couple of faults that I didnt know existed. Kenny organised the removal and disposal of the old kitchen, leaving me with no anxious moments on how to do that.
Derek gave me advice on how to save electricity by fitting LED bulbs. Absolutely first class service from Brian, Kenny, Christopher and Derek would go back to Andersons again in future

Kerry at Andersons was great to deal with from start to finish and has the patience of a saint!

No question was too difficult and she was able to advise everything necessary to get the perfect kitchen.

I am delighted with my finished kitchen and the quality of products is very high.

Should I ever need another kitchen, I will be back!

Well what can I say. 5 stars yet again to Andersons Kitchens.
My kitchen and appliances were fitted/installed 1st week in November and last night my double oven stopped working completely.
Whole family due to come for New Years Day dinner on Sunday, so you can imagine my dilemma.
Phoned Liz at Andersons Kitchens at 8.30am this morning and by 2pm this afternoon, old oven removed and new one installed. A big thanks to Liz for that. Great aftercare service.
Also a special thank you to Kenny, who on Hogmanay, gave up his time, to come all the way down to Girvan and install the new oven. Kenny you saved the day and you have no idea now much it was appreciated. True dedication to your job.

The fitting was done by Kenny Prince and his son Christopher. Absolutely fantastic pair and Kenny could not have been more helpful along with Derek & Sandy who did the Electrics and Gas.
Wherever there were wee hiccups between the desired design and the practical installation, Kenny talked through various options and provided his professional opinion and considerable experience for all those little things that aren’t usually considered as part of the design.
The quality of finish is superb and Kenny made a point of ensuring we checked everything, from every angle(!) and made sure we were delighted with the work.
On the basis of the kitchen itself along with the friendly reassuring manner of Kenny & Christopher, I’m giving the whole Team at Andersons 5 stars, mainly because I can’t give 10!

Just had my kitchen fitted from Andersons from the start when Adam game out and designed the kitchen to Kenny and his son Christopher fitting it it was first class service Kenny and his son were very professional and co-ordinated the plasterer electrician and gas fitters when they were needed they also provided advice and nothing was too much bother for them when fitting the kitchen

Recently purchased a new kitchen from Anderson's Kilmarnock. The kitchen was fitted by Kenny and his son Christopher. Very professional and polite, hardworking and great communication throughout. My kitchen looks amazing. Great service from planning to fitting. Highly recommended.

This company is not worth recommending. From the same cheated by one of the sellers. We bought six doors to be made of oak. Already today, when pruning it turned out that they are cheap fakes made of soft wood. I warn potential customers to check what they ordered because the seller cannot tell the difference between oak doors and cheap molded doors. The quality is terrible.
