Avoid this company, total scam!
The shoes are extremely poor quality, and customer service is non-existent. They completely ignore emails, so it’s impossible to return or exchange anything. Save your money and don’t buy from them!
Complete scam. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They make it look like that they are a British company. First they took a long time to arrive and when they arrived they were packed in a bag with no box. The shoes were damaged badly, out of shape and of very poor quality.
I contacted the company and I was told to send it back to them at my own expense back to China.
Although the return address on the parcel was southall England. They gave me address to send to in the email. It cost me £39 pounds. I then sent them the tracking number and I got email saying that no refund will be given because it was the wrong address. Please stay away from this company.
A scam as other reviews have said. Annoyed I fell for it but I should have checked more carefully and not been taken in my the closure of the Manchester operation. I’m unlikely to try returns for the reasons others have given.
Absolute scam as others have said. Attempting a reversal through credit card company bit not holding my breath
Beware, this is a Chinese company masquerading as English!
Returns are almost impossible at your cost, and they imply customs duty and loss!
They will offer 20% discount to keep, so you end up with the goods.
Do not be fooled!
Very impressive advertising on line and social media suggesting this as a British company, suggesting a "closure sale", and that the company is based in Manchester. (no actual address given).
The advertising describes and shows photos of quality looking shoes and boots, the descriptions include terms such as "leather". On arrival three weeks after order, they are clearly not leather and are of poor lightweight quality, and have come from the far east. The company "returns policy" states that if I want a refund, I must return the shoes to China at my own expense where an assessment will be made before ant decision to refund is made. There is no direct contact address for phone number for this company, all correspondence by email.
