Problem but good service
Problem: had a situation where my Internet was down. However second time I called I got Mustafa, he helped me and gave me reassurance. He helped me sort through it and after realizing the issues - checking with his boss he called back and sent a technician within 1-2 hours. The technician Andy from Chicago was also good. Normally I do not have any issues with andels.net but I was grateful Mustafa was patient with me to get my Internet fixed so I could work asap. 10am I called. He called back at 11 and by 1200 a technician was sent and by 13 everything was up and running normally smoothly

This is a small/medium internet company with good price for fiber connections.
150kr +/- 1Gb/ monthly.
For the same speed i have to pay 400kr/Monthly to the other company!

Fantastic service
My experience has been all positive with this company. They contacted me because they were upgrading the service but could tell that something wasn't working well at my home. It turned out the problem was much harder to resolve, and yet they worked with me until it was fixed (a special thank you to Mustafa!)
They provided the highest level of customer service.
