Very pleased with the transaction. Delivery was quick.
Assembly, overall, was easy except for one serious issue. Were the 8 mm screws had to go in over the cushion area, the cushion material went into the threaded area and screws could not be screwed in. I ended up leaving four screws out from underneath that held up the arm guards. The manufacturer needs to either put a grommet around the material hole so that it’s easy to screw in without the material getting into the receiving thread area. Overall happy with the feel and movement of the chair. Only issue was the threaded screws over the material. Fix this glitch and it’s five stars.

the kiaser 3 xl is very nice just seems a little low to the ground. and the cushion feels like it needs more cushion

I was very skeptical about this chair and took a chance. It arrived very well packed and quickly. The seat is comfortable even after sitting in it 10 hours a day for work. This does not included gaming hours which vary. It’s well made and large enough to sit with legs folding which is a must for me. The magnetic headrest is height adjustable. I have found my new go to chair. I love secret labs but their chairs have a more firm seat that can make you a little sore.

Great chair, great customer service. Got a Kaiser 3pro on a flash sale. Looks great, feels great, very comfortable. I am 6'4 and have plenty of room. Good blend of plush and support. Love the rock and recline features. Been using a week or two now.

Unfortunately, as I was putting it together I noticed one of the armrests seem to have an issue. Once done, I took a video and recorded the issue and submitted it via one of their tickets. Quick and easy. A representative quickly got back to me. Not only did they offer to solve the problem but they gave me upgraded arm rests as an apology. They sent them at no charge and arrived quickly. I am grateful that some companies still stand by their products and are willing to do right by the customer.

I'm pretty happy with this company. I bought their flagship chair back in may 2024, it was okay. well made, study, all the boxes checked. one issue the arm rest were weirdly angled and dug in my arms. i learned AndaSeat redesigned the arm rest on that chair and replaced them. I contacted AndaSeat about purchasing a replacement. I sent the the order number and info.

The chair is pretty comfortable. The assembly was a little difficult connecting the seat and back on one side. The adjustable lumbar support doesn't go high enough for me.

Ordering and shipping was easy and pretty quick via the main website. Shipping had tracking enabled so I knew when to expect delivery.
The only minus was some of the product color combinations were sold out, which limited choice slightly.

The service and product were good. Within 2 days a cable in the chair came loose and now is just hanging. it is the cable that is attatched to the frame of the chair.

Product said shipped but tracking was past label created. Overall terrible experience, when back and forth with support over false promises. First and last time I will buy from you guys.

In a practical sense, I'm rating how easy it was to put together out of the box. And on that level, I'd say, pretty easy. It all came together in about a half hour tops, the instructions were clear and concise, all good.

so I up graded to a Anda seat 4
It is great it, so much than the Anda 3

Quick easy transaction. Arrived quick and in one piece, packaged very well.

Stay away! I purchased because of YouTubers that must have been paid to give fake reviews. Cheap quality chair that ripped at the seams with lite use in less than 2 yrs. Uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Poor customer service, claim denied.

My son requested this gaming chair for his 13th birthday. I was hesitant as I knew nothing about this brand or product and figured he heard some Youtuber promoting it with zero due diligence. Anyways, after a little push back, I ended up purchasing him his first official gaming chair. To my surprise, everything about the purchase, to the communication from the company, to the actual quality of the product, everything surpassed my expectations. Along with my son, I am very happy with my purchase. I am actually now looking at one of the AndaSeat office chairs for my own use. Great product. I couldn't support it more.

Chair is amazing. Comfortable and easily adjusted to fit my needs. Arrived on time and well worth the money. No more knee and back pain from sitting too long. Highly recommend !

I did have an issue with the first chair that was sent to me, however Anda Seat customer services were very quick to resolve that issue and had me a new chair delivered within 5 days. I was looking for a replacement for my Secret Labs Omega which I'd had for 5 years, the problem I had with the Secret Labs chair though was it is very firm and not comfortable over longer periods. The Anda Seat Kaiser 4 is so much more comfortable and has more adjustability all combined, giving a much better experience. I especially like the multi-adjustable lumbar pad which helps with my aging bad back. Highly recommend this chair. By the way, the burgundy makes this chair look amazing.

Order was missing magnetic pillow. Its currently not on stock. I was told I would be sent one when available but have no way to track or confirm. Customer service has been grat at responding to rectify the issue.
