Very rude staff who can’t even write an email correctly , must be the only company in the world without spellcheck. Installation staff left packaging under the shed and blowing around street . Wood marked by forklift on loading on truck . They also sneaked away without having signed , till this date we still haven’t signed anything to say we’re happy . Doors wouldn’t close and we had to keep asking ,calling and emailing to get answers . Felt on roof looks like a toddler has cut with a knife and fork .we spent a fortune , for us , and this amateur company blame everyone but there crews . Mostly blame the big company Tiger sheds , but they build it for Tiger so it their fault.
Don’t Use This Company at Any Cost .

Yesterday Anchor Timber building arranged the construction of my Tiger sheds cabin, the two gentleman Paul and Lindsey that came down from Carlisle were simply fantastic ! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working from the moment they arrived at 8am ( the time arranged) till when they left at 5.30. They even cleared away after themselves before leaving. Naomi from Anchor Timber buildings has been a life line for us from the moment we purchased the tiger sheds cabin, she has been helpful and courteous from the get go and always at the end of a telephone or E Mail for any advice. Before Christmas two other gentleman Jordan and Gary came to put up the cabin up, even staying overnight at no extra cost to ourselves in a hotel to get here early but due to bad weather they could start the job. I would definitely recommend Anchor and its staff and would have absolutely no concerns about using them again. Thankyou for the fantastic service from start to finish !!

Chris went well beyond the extra mile to help choose, then manage delivery and installation of the summerhouse.

So patient and helpful, as were the installers who delivered and installed after a normal day shift because a colleague was injured. Rather than let us down they turned up in one of the hottest days of the year without complaining.

Ordered a cabin for my garden, absolutely love it. Anyway, company were great to deal with. Kept up to date with delivery that arrived exactly when they said it would. Installation carried out by very professional joiners who were helpful and polite and the product is excellent. A company I would use again,

Bought a bike shed. Told delivery 12/08/24. Waited up after nightshift but no delivery. When contacted company informed it was changed to 21/08/24. Nobody informed me. Called female who sold us it she was rude,unprofessional and raised voice at me. When I said to lower her tone she said she was terminating the call. Shocking customer service. All we did wrong was give them our business. Never again will I deal with them or recommend them. This female has no regard for customers. Not even an apology after working all night.

Staff were very patient with my elderly mum in helping her choose a shed without the pushy sales pitch.

Even though it was raining heavily on the day of delivery (approx 5 weeks from purchase date) Davey was respectful of mum's property and did a really good job building the shed.

Would definitely recommend Anchor Timber Buildings.
