Bought a £25 ring, silver and rose. The rose plating came off after wearing it for 3 days (took it off at night) and the silver is now heavily tarnished. It now makes my finger black if I wear it. Could have bought similar in a cheap accessories shop for half the price!
DO NOT BUY from them. BEWARE.

Bloody terrible ring nothing like picture wrong size and not silver could of got something better off of shein
And customer service don’t get back to you

Absolute rubbish, ring finally arrived 4 weeks after ordering, at least 3 sizes too big, nothing like pictured and definitely NOT silver. Customer services non existent and no response to numerous emails. Do NOT buy from this company it’s a complete scam.

Absolutely terrible do not buy !!! Parcel went missing ended up at royal mail I had to pay £7 to collect! The ring is definitely not silver as it is tarnished, I have contacted them ,they will only refund when the ring is returned but I have to pay postage back to China! Will cost more than the ring !!! Absolutely fuming .Definitely false advertising nothing like the website where states they are handcrafted.

Wife ordered the ring you see on their website, first item posted on the site today. It looks nothing like the photo. The ring received has a band that is so distressed you need cheaters to make out the heart ( and I dont wear glasses)
They said she needs to ship it China for return, not kidding. She will dispute it on her CC and pay nothing.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased!! The first ring I had ordered was way too big .. They offered me a 2nd ring at £11 .. the other ring was to be sent back for a refund..I would have to pay the cost of the postage !! The cost of the postage was quite expensive.. so I’m now stuck with a ring that I can’t wear. Now to top it all the 2nd ring I have purchased has totally lost the rose gold plating on it. I literally have only had it less than a week and only worn a couple of times..Please stay away from this company !!

Less than 1 star ordered the silver rose gold heart ring within 2 days the rose gold wore off they refused a refund sent a replacement again 2-3 days the rose gold wore off now not replying to my emails shocking product quality disgraceful customer service DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

If I could give less than one star I would. Certainly not handmade jewellery cheap costume jewellery that is shipped from china. I should have read the returns policy better as you have to pay return postage to China to get a refund!! DO NOT BUY!

Would like to leave NO STARS. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service.

Highly not recommended,poor quality,all colour went off the ring after 5min of wearing,you have to pay for return,£44 spend and I had to bin it,absolute shite

I ordered a ring in the size my other rings are! It came way to big and in order to return it I have to ship it to china! Costing £17! The ring didn't look as dainty as it looks in the photo!

Ordered a ring thinking it would arrive looking like the pictures. Also that I was getting a good deal as less than half usual price. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting a high end piece of jewellery, but what I have received isn’t even close to low end!
So disappointed. It just looks so cheap and fake. I have no idea what jewellery they use to photograph, but it certainly isn’t what you end up getting.
Was looking at the refund policy but reading other reviews on here I don’t think I’ll even bother trying.
DON’T buy from this company. They have the cheek to write on their website that they have over 10,000 5 star reviews!!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered a ring, it never arrived. The courier did an investigation and concluded the parcel was unaccounted for. I'm on week 6 of trying to illicit some sort of customer service from this company. They do not respond to emails or messages left via their contact form. They also delete negative messages from their Facebook page. So I have no ring, no refund and no response.

Omg. The worst company. Totally fake. Ordered an impulse buy ring from Amy’s boutique. Followed guidelines on measuring a it’s huge. Doesn’t look like any of the pictures. Heart is on squint and isn’t even solder on the back. Paid by PayPal to request a refund but didn’t realise that if I was in conversation with them on the PayPal site that if I did t escalate (even though they took ages to reply) my case would get closed. Just recieved email now from Amy’s boutique to say my ring is fine - it clearly isn’t. Waste of money and time. Looking into seeing how I can get this money grabbing company shut down. I have my own business and if I was to send out items I had made like this, I would be reported to citizens advice.

Received a ring after using the measuring guide. Ring was way too big. So emailed for a refund (theres no details of refund policy on website -only to email them) to be told I would have to pay for postage to the address in China. Cant exchange. Trust pilot review on their websites are all fake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolute disaster, I received for Christmas a beautiful ring from my husband from this online company, followed their measuring instructions and ordered the size relating to it on 26th October 2024
It whilst lovely was so large it did not even fit my husband.
On contacting them, they offered me a 50% discount on another ring! they said I could keep the wrong size ring no need to return the it. I could not choose a smaller size to fit me as they no longer had them, must have been a popular design.
I have posted this in priciple, the ring was only £26.00, but I am certain I will not get any further response from Amys Boutique.
All I can say is, do not use their size info, use a ring size gauge everytime
Please avoid this company at all cost, I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot in the first place.
