They didnt show up and claim that they did

We are waiting for our banking appointment for more than a week and we booked Saturday due to working hours we have. This morning at 8 am we had the appointment and the person didnt show up. When we called the customer service they claimed the person was here at 8:56 however it is not possible since we were looking from the window and waiting to finally finish this step. Customer service promised to call back and she did (small thing seems to be working on this company I suggest hold on to her). I will try to follow up the case how they handle internally for this employee 0597 and indicate here as well as sharing with their clients our experience.

The most bad experience

The most bad experience . Today i have bad experience whith amp .. i chouse to pay 10 euro for paket come 8:00 - 11:00 my wife must go work 11:00 but they late .. 15 minute .. i say my wife give me ID card original and maiby i can take paket .. but the curier dont want give me the paket and i say to him i have prove original i.m the husband .. that is a verry bad experience they put you to chose a time and you pay for that and currier late and after you explain him that was the maximum time because we work .. and he late and thats way my wife is not home .. he dont care .. make new appoiment .. i dont understand what de f is wrong whith that company .. ?! First you must pay for something after is they late is foult for us .. were is problem if i.m the husband ?! I have 2 passport original for prove that .. same name same house ..i think the curier is problem..

Worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with

TL;DR: If you have the opportunity whatsoever to pick another delivery company, even if you have to pay significantly more: use them.
I ordered a phone which AMP would deliver. My doorbell doesn't work, so I filled in a space where I indicated they had to call me. I sat at home all morning waiting for the call, but it never came. I called the customer service, had to wait approx. 45 minutes for someone to pick up, but they couldn't help me. I then rescheduled with the customer service, explicitly stating again they had to call me. I took off from work for a second day. Of course, the package didn't come this time either. Again I called the customer service and had to wait 45 minutes again.
The only thing they could tell me is that their drivers are not 'obligated' to call me. If that is the case, why even offer the option, if they don't bother to read it anyway?
I had to cancel my order, since I know they won't call a third time either. Now I need to find another phone provider, that doesn't use these patholigically incopetent idiots for their deliveries.
The only positive thing I can say is that the guy at the customer service was actually nice. It seemed like he got calls like this all the time and was used to this.
I'm happy it was only a phone, and not something I actually desperately needed. I see on their website they also deliver medicine. If I needed this company to deliver my medicine, I would be long gone to the next world by now.
I can also read that reviews like this are a daily occurence, and seem to be occuring more and more frequently, so clearly, they haven't done anything to fix this yet.

They refused delivery because the…

They refused delivery because the country code was ROM on their site but ROU in the passport. as such they refuse delivery because "there is nothing they can do" and blame the system. Furthermore, a delivery was missed even tough there were explicit instructions to contact me beforehand as a doorbell was not present. Missing that meant spending money on a delivery not to mention wasting valuable time

Oh sweet 7 pound Jesus

I am gonna write this review in English because there are more non Dutch speaking that may need to read this.

Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star, otherwise I would have given maybe 1/4... I have never had so difficulty with a delivery as with this company. I was expecting new phone, and during the verification there were different inicials on my card than in the system so they didn't accept that. He also said that you must pay with the same card that company that sent you item is having. Basically Odido have sent me a new phone, had different bank account that I was trying to verify with. Odido had no problem with it, they even said it doesn't matter because each bank can verify me that it's just a formality, because you are in the same register with all bank accounts. Driver said no, I asked what is going to happen next, he said somebody will come, bye. Then it was 3 days of calling to AMP customer servis and Odido, which didn't understand why AMP is making it so difficult. They made another oppointment for a delivery and Odido changed my bank account to make sure they don't have any excuses. Guess what? 2 days later, AMP still didn't get new bank account. Odido said withing 2 hours it's in their system, AMP said up to 3 business days. So they canceled my order completely and sent it to Odido, meanwhile Odido didn't have any documentation about canceling my order and they tried to make it right, but this lovely AMP group has probably internal system made from Lego. Apart from 1 lady that was kind as customer servis, rest were or with yelling kids behind, or I couldn't hear them due to bad quality of their phone, or like one dude probably just woke up and I was calling before the first coffee, one was even eating something and I couldn't understand what he was saying... Even Odido got pissed and they cancelled my order by them and created new one via phonecall and with picking up the phone at Odido store, as always, it went smooth as knife on butter. I really hope Odido will choose better company for collaboration and I hope AMP company will get better employees with better phones and with no kids yelling in the background. And maybe system that refreshes every now and then, because this is a piece of art their so called process.
So, yeah, 1/4 of a star if I had that option, only for that lady that was speaking from customer servise profesionaly with me.

If you get to choose delivery company, don't choose this one. If you have no choice, pray to God and be prepared for most likely head ache and being treated like you are an illegal imigrant.

I find this so unprofessional!!

I find this so unprofessional!!! I ordered medicine and they told me they would be here around 8-10 which is still alot of timing. They haven't even wrang the doorbell once ever and now i missed the delivery 2 times!!!. Atleast they could give a specific time or ring the door bell or even call.

Dishonest Delivery Staff, Invalid Charges

Very strange behavior. The courier never showed up on the scheduled day of delivery. We called AMP for an update and they said we missed the delivery which was not true. They rescheduled delivery the next day as a courtesy but insisted on charging us. Very dishonest - BEWARE! Mafia mentality.

shouted for being one single minute late

he asked for ID, it took me 2 minutes to get it, he started to shout saying bad words, and said that what is this, you are not ready, when i come you should already be at the door with ID.
Additionally I paid by abn amro bank, but odido has my rabo bank so i thought i have to show the abn amro card, which i presented again he started to shout why you are so dumb, etc, i went back inside room and within 30 second i gave him the rabo bank card but it was not a pleasant experience being shouted early in the morning,

Employee that delivers was super rude

Employee that delivers was super rude. Refused to come upstairs in the building and was parked super illegally. Avoid this company at all cost.

I was waiting for the delivery of my phone from Odido the hole day. the delivery guys called me to tell to come downstairs to pick up my phone. I told him am taking a shower, give me few minutes am coming. Just as FYI, I didn't receive a notification email of SMS informing me that he is coming or the time by when he will be here otherwise I wouldn't take shower and I would instead wait for him... The guys was extremely rude and racist in the phone using extremely bad words!!! I never thought I would have to hear or deal with this before even though I clearly mentioned that I live in the flat and I want the phone to be delivered upstairs... I called AMP Group and waited 15min, and of course the situation didn't seem to be a problem for them (Dutch Standard Quality of Service)

Poor delivery service

Had a delivery appointment today for a new phone, even took a day off out work for it. They didn't rang the doorbell and I got an email saying the delivery was missed and to reschedule it again in 5 days. No one picks up the phone, answer the texts or emails. Absolutely insane. I will probably cancel my whole order that was not cheap just because of this.

Your delivery is not safe with that company

I waited the entire day for a courier to deliver an extremely important package: a SIM card for my new phone contract. The courier was late but eventually appeared at my building and rang the intercom. I opened the door, but instead of delivering the package, he simply turned around and walked away, canceling the delivery.

As a result, I now have no phone connection or internet on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. I don’t know whether the courier company is affected by an Italian strike or if they are intentionally sabotaging KPN to push customers to switch to another provider that uses a more reliable courier service or physical offices. To make matters worse, customer support did not respond to any of my inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Overall, deliveries with this company are not reliable.

"Missed appointment"

I had an appointment but nobody even rang my bell. The window for delivery was at a time I needed to fetch my kids(school is 3min away), I let customer care know and they acknowledged. I was watching the front camera but nobody even came to the door, when I questioned the email all I got was a picture of my door from a distance. I received zero guarantee that it would not happen again.

If I could give minus stars I would! Worst delivery ever.
They are supposed to deliver my medicine MEDICINE. A medicine I need to take for my health. The first delivery was scheduled on Wednesday (I took a day off to be at home, since I work 1 hour away from my home) - they didn't deliver it. The delivery person made a picture of my front door with the explanation I wasnt home - I received the notification , called immediately that I am home and that he never rang the bell, and the contact person said that he cant come back anymore,although he was 2-3 min ago in front of my house. We scheduled next day delivery to my work, since I cant be at home another day. The contact person asked me from what time I work, I said the office is open from 9 to 5 so anytime between this is okay. He said it will be done.
Today in the morning i get a message that my medicine will be delivered between 4 and 6, so I called them immediately to let them know that at 6 I will not be in the office anymore because the building closes- this time it was a woman on the phone. EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN. She told me she doesn't care , and if I cant be there then they will deliver my medicine another time , PROBABLY next week.
This is a medicine we talk about guys. not a bag of potatoes.
So I asked her if the person can come at 4, she said
"no probably at 6" , I told her that I will not be there anymore and I cant wait in the cold weather for it.
She just said " have a nice then" and hang up the phone.

Again- the delivery is for a medicine. a medicine I cant take for 2 days already because of their delivery.

to this woman on the phone - my day is not nice because of you! and to the whole AMP Group - I hope you are not allowed to deliver medicine anymore because you are not humans.

Awful delivery service and bad delivery personnel

The experience today was unacceptable and continues a pattern of poor service I’ve faced with your deliveries.

The delivery driver called me before arriving and asked me to come downstairs to collect the package. At no point did he mention that he would require my passport specifically for ID verification. Once I reached downstairs with my driver’s license and bank card, he informed me that only a passport is accepted, and the other IDs were “not valid”. This was never communicated beforehand.

As I was in the middle of a meeting, I asked him to come upstairs with me so I could show the passport. He refused, saying he is “not allowed” to go upstairs according to KPN guidelines. When I asked him to show where this guideline is stated, he simply left and cancelled the delivery.

I have been waiting for this iPhone delivery for months, and it is extremely frustrating that it still hasn’t happened due to repeated issues caused by your delivery service. Last month, another delivery attempt also failed:

On the first attempt, the POS terminal didn’t work, so I couldn’t complete the payment.

The next day, although the driver called, he never arrived at my home and still cancelled the delivery, even though my partner was waiting inside.

These repeated failures reflect very poorly on their service. As a customer, I expect clear communication, professionalism, and reliability — none of which have been met. At the same time I feel they just don't value and respect the time that I am home to receive this delivery in person in my valued time and they keep on cancelling my order. It is not acceptable.
