Second thought

Although the place I went to in Islington was clean and looked the part, the staff were ignorant and should not work with the public. My order a milkshake I was not given the full order as the shop assistant decided he wanted half my order. I would advise you to be vigilant when ordering

Amorino Islington is my usual ice cream…

Amorino Islington is my usual ice cream place, yesterday evening I went to the shop and bought ice cream but the ice cream’s taste was not the same as before. It was like it had melted and refrozen because it was icy and I tasted water completely.
I didn't like paying that much money and getting the taste of cheap ice cream bought from the market. By the way, I paid over 35 pounds and it shouldn't have been like that.

Stay well away

I joined this site out of curiosity and the fact that they advertise everywhere online. I was surprised to suddenly be flooded with requests from women who curiously all had East European names yet all appeared to live in Norway. All with the same story "they are leaving the site and prefer to mail me direct if I only send them my email address", no doubt to sell it on to various spam companies.
No thank you.
So I cancelled my subscription, well within the terms & conditions.
After a few months Amorino attempted to take funds for another 3 month period.
This did not go through and I emailed the company to the fact that I had cancelled my subscription months ago.
Heard nothing back until I received a formal email from a lawyer company in Germany deandig payment plus costs.
I ignored the first demand and then more emails came in, each one more thretening until I decided just to pay the demand by bank transfer to get it out the way.
A few days later my bank (Danske Bank) called me to say that they had stopped the transfer as this was a well known scam company that had no juristiction in Norway and returned the funds to my account (thank you for excellent service DB!).
I even contacted the Forbrukerområdet (citizens advice bureau) who confirmed what the bank told me and advised me to disregard the demand).
It's now almost mid-December and the demand emails are still coming in every week.
If you don't want this sort of trouble, stay WELL away from Amorino, there are far better services out there such as JustKiss.
