Absolutely appalled at how I've been treated after the amount I have deposited. When I asked to close my account because I have a gambling problem, the reply I got from my so called 'vip manager' I was offered a bonus to stay with them. When I questioned this and asked for their licence details and what gambling authority they were under I was totally ignored. I have been emailing them constantly for 5 days and not one response have I received. I have went onto live chat to ask for someone to contact me to be told someone will be in touch. Absolute scan of a site, please be warned.
**I will continue leaving this review until they actually do something. I have found out that they are licensed in Costa rica which means they don't need a license and there is no central governing body to handle complaints. Don't waite your time or money**

Not once, ever did you give or offer ANY help, solution or alternative. I felt unworthy and foolish to have believed that AMONBET is nothing but pure make believe. Website links are unprofessionally created and not valid for any purpose but to look real.
This site is not the real McCoy, they certainly make you feel like you don’t matter. They ignored me for a full day on the 19th. I ended up losing my temper and in deep distress. They stated LOL.

Solved the issue quickly

Whatever you do, dont play here!! you will not get paid out if you win big, they will do all they can to control damage. I firsthand witnessed this casino change the terms and conditions AFTER my friend max won on a slot, while withdrawals were pending. They paid out a small percentage of the winnings and cleared his whole balance, stating the NEW rules that totally cap any winnings with a deposit bonus. They act like this Is normal and they can change the rules at all times, but that obviously doesn't account for winnings achieved BEFORE altering terms and conditions. It's a shame because I was a vip player and advised this platform to a lot of people. Literally criminal the way they treat you when you finally win. we have documented everything, also have the terms and conditions at the time of play that now are nowhere to be found, and will not give up until we see justice. This is obviously fraud and illegal. Literally criminals, dont let them mislead or false advertise you!

Great casino, i have won big, small and never had any problems with withdrawals… sure it takes some time but for me it usually takes 8/9 hours and it shows in my account. You guys need to keep in mind you can withdraw max 3k a week. If they ask for certain documents. Just provide them as requested.

Scammers! They are illegal in The Netherlands, they make ads here, proven and saved! I saved all my transations and demanded money back, because they dont have a liscense. (I am registered in CRUKS) But they wont give money back and dont give a damn. They say its all third party, which is not true and definitely all still not allowed. To not fall for this trick, if you are addicted (Like me) they will force you to play even if you sometimes dont accept transations or it failed, they still deduct. If you win too much, they take longer to pay out (On purpose) Calling it manually withdrawals. Unlike Dutch LEGAL sites! Reported to KSA and will sue the company
