I do not live near. So I looked at the Suzuki C90T pictures and video on line. Then I contacted Adam who got straight back. He provided me with all the information I needed. I was so impressed, that I paid for the bike. Then it was over to delivery. Liam was amazing he kept in touch throughout. The delivery was quick. These guys at American cruiers are professional and Passionate about bikes and aim to please every customer. Keep up the good work.

Good communication throughout

Good communication throughout, I don't live close so the deal was done via phone, offered a delivery service but I ended up getting the train down there and picked up face to face. Adam was friendly and easy to deal with. Would deffo return when looking for next bike.. although loving my honda Valkyrie so won't be for a while 👌

Buying my Suzuki Boulevard C50T

I have been following American Cruiser UK for some time now and had been trying to decide what make of bike to buy.

I saw my now "new to me bike" for sale on their website site one day while I was on holiday literally sitting by the pool. I decided to message them and asked about the deposit and surprisingly, Adam came back pretty quickly with a response and having already seen the walkaround video on their website, I decided there and then that this was for me!

Adam sent me their Account details and I sent him my details and transferred the deposit over (I hadn't seen the bike in the flesh but, I had been following them for so long and had read other reviews about them so was confident about the transaction).

As I was still on Holiday Adam agreed to keep the bike for me until I returned home at which point the delivery by Liam was arranged and the bike delivered the following Friday.

Adam is a great guy! friendly, courteous and helpful as is Liam who delivered the bike for me.

What I will say is that the pictures and video on the website did not do the bike justice I was gobsmacked when Lam wheeled it of his truck it was virtually like a new bike there was a couple of age related marks which you would expect from a 2013 bike (a little scratch on one of the forks and VERY small stone chip on the front mudguard which was literally .5 of a millimetre) both of which I knew about before the purchase, but everywhere else really was showroom!
My friends and family who have seen it and have all had bikes were amazed when I told them how much I had paid for it, excellent value for money!

Thanks again to Adam and the team, I would definitely recommend American Cruiser UK Ltd to anyone looking for a Cruiser motorcycle and would go visit them again should I want another one!!

Adam at American Cruiser UK was…

Adam at American Cruiser UK was extremely helpful, the company as a whole are amazing at what they do! If you want a unusual or just a cruiser, these are the folk to go to! I bought a beautiful Honda Shadow and was sent all the way up to Scotland in a matter of days! I'll definitely use them again in the future.

I've been watching bikes for a while…

I've been watching bikes for a while now and some beautiful examples have arrived and sold. After some health issues and making a sensible decision about the size and weight of a new ride, I opted for a VT1300Fury (blacked out edition) .
The transaction of sale was made and Adam was clear and communicated via WhatsApp and telephone.
Liam was prompt and professional with the delivery, thankyou.
Whilst the VT is even better in the flesh, you have to take into account 17,000 miles and 14yrs of age related dinks and scratches are inevitable. I've managed to get out and she rides beautifully.
I have a small issue with her idling,but Adam has been up front and has remained in constant contact with me.
I would highly recommend American Cruisers UK for the purchase of your next ride.

Good communication and overall a very good experience! Yet to ride the Raider due to lovely English weather but sure I will not be disappointed. Certainly will be doing business with American cruisers uk in years to come. Also may add Liam Fletcher Transports was top notch with derlivery!

Suzuki Boulevard C50T

Have been following American Cruiser for sometime. Saw the C50T was inbound from the USA and made some enquiries. Adam said it had an issue and offered me 1st pick when it was sorted. Adam kept me informed on its repair. As soon as it was fixed, I had a look and paid the deposit. Roger was there for collection day. Fantastic service, thank you both.

American Cruisers: bloody fantastic!

So I finally decided to replace my old bike. A friend recommended American Cruisers, having bought his bike from them a while ago. So I perused the website, and settled on a Honda VT1300 Interstate. Had a chat with Adam, who was very helpful, and so I bought it. Adam was more than helpful when it came to collecting the bike, especially as I was being a pain in the proverbial (in a nice way 🤣). So I've now had it for a couple of days, and it's riding like it's a new bike. Everything is tight and working perfectly. I rarely do reviews, or recommend people or businesses, but this lot are excellent. Even if Adam wears a baseball hat (early mid life crisis methinks 😝).

American Cruiser UK Ltd

Adam was a great person and very helpful. The bikes that he showed us were immaculate. The process to buy was easy and the delivery was arranged via a third party very quickly.
The Yamaha Warrior that I chose is stunning and in fantastic condition. I would recommend buying from American Cruiser UK Ltd!

Great service, great bikes

I have been looking at American Cruiser’s website site for a couple of months now. Pondering whether to get a cruiser to go with my interceptor. Earlier this week I took the plunge and called Adam to arrange a visit to look at 3 bikes. Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating and I went next day to look.(look being the operative word here) anyway after a couple of hours looking at and sitting on different bikes, I decided to buy a Yamaha Stryker. My wife also fell for a Honda Shadow Phantom. Long story short we left poorer but 2 bikes richer. Adam delivered both bikes next day as arranged. Both myself and wife are very happy with our bikes. I will definitely recommend American Cruisers to anyone looking for that something special that’s not normally available in the UK

Best cruiser motorcycles in the UK!

I’ve purchased 2 bikes off of them, a Roadstar around 4 years ago and now a Raider. I Follow all their bikes coming in on Facebook and they get some absolute beauties. Both of the bikes I have bought have been faultless and I’ve been super impressed with the service received. If you want the best then pick these guys 👍

Sorry for the late reply to Adams reply.
When you say I said it was a private sale I was just stating what you said to me, this doesn't mean I agree with you Adam.
And yes I didn't view the bike because I trusted that if I payed £8995 for a motorcycle it would be in working order,
When I had the expansion tank fitted back on it was found that there was hardly any coolant in the radiator , which proves my original point about the requirement of a expansion tank , which your machanic said ( it doesn't need one ).
You keep saying America cruiser had no involvement in the sale ,
But it was advertised on your company website , on your company Facebook site and if people want to look on YouTube under American cruiser uk bobber there is a video of you and behind you is a very big advertising board with american cruiser on it , and you actually say you can see the bike up for sale on your website along with your other bikes.
So that DOES mean American cruiser did have involvement in the sale,
Which means I can leave feedback about America cruiser.
So there is nothing wrong with my credibility I payed you full price.
I think someone else's credibility is at question.
And refering to the back light which you say does illuminate the back light that is another thing that questions your credibility as it does not why ?, because it has no clear window underneath the light so it's impossible to light up number plate, I can send pictures to prove it if you like Adam.

Brought a Harley.

Brought a Harley.. Adam was straight up n bike when bike delivered was as good if not better than pictures/video.., I brought unseen n was not disappointed.. an absolute pleasure to deal with n would recommend n I would definitely buy again from Adam if on look out for another bike

Great service from the start

Great service from the start.

Recently bought an 06’ Suzuki C50. I had had one before and knew what to expect. The bike looked great online and came with a complete service history and low miles for the age.

Adam answered every question I had and was on top of everything from the start. Fresh MOT put on prior to delivery. When the bike turned up, it did not disappoint. Well maintained as stated and looked great, no surprises whatsoever.

Adam was always prompt in replying to me and even when he didn’t have an answer immediately to hand, it didn’t take home long to have a look and get back to me.

Overall great service.

Travelled roughly 130 miles to view…

Travelled roughly 130 miles to view bike and was very glad I did. Picked up the Suzuki C90t from American Cruisers and it's a fantastic bike. The guys at AC were also very pleasant and helpful with any and every question. Fantastic communication via whatsapp too. Next time in in the market for a bike I'll definitely be coming back here first!!!

I would like to reply to some of these…

I would like to reply to some of these statements, and for me that will be the end of a very bad experience.

About a week later, Jason my courier called and advised he was on his way to collect the bike, so I asked Jim for the funds. He said at this point he couldn’t get a loan, which I didn’t understand as I was told it was cash/transfer? I asked him as to why he put a deposit down to secure a bike without guaranteed funds, and he wasn’t able to answer the question
(He did answer you, he advised for some unknown reason he was unable to get a loan with some companies, due to later finding out it was an error in his address)
He also at this point advised that he may not be able to proceed with the sale and if I could refund him his money? I said that part of his deposit would have to go towards paying Jason
(Again this is untrue as Jim was told it was a non-refundable deposit, nothing about Jason was mentioned, you made the arrangements with Jason before any final decision were confirmed with us, a pattern that was to be seen time and time again with you making all the decision. I messaged you about the return of the deposit as you had mentioned having to re advertise etc, and I said that would not cost you anything, you also said about getting the bike MOT, I said you would have to do that when selling the bike to someone else)
as he was making a special trip down to us to collect the bike and at this point Jim proceeded to get slightly argumentative and kept asking for his deposit back.
(As per the law Jim was entitled to his deposit back) I advised that the best way forward would be either to proceed with the bike or that he would have to lose some of his deposit due to Jason’s trip
(Again, we were told it was non-refundable, and it was your decision to contact Jason before anything was confirmed).
Jim at this moment asked for a few more days to get the funds together, which I agreed, and I even tried helping him to get accepted on our finance.
A few days later after delivery, Jim messaged me saying he wasn’t happy with the condition of the bike and wanted to return it. I later that evening called him to talk through the problems as quite honestly the bike was a newly built custom that hadn’t long been finished, so I knew there were no issues with the bike at all. By the end of the phone call, he admitted that the bike not having a rear seat and saddlebags was the main issue, which I explained 3 weeks ago the bike did not have!
(This is untrue, Jim was unhappy with the poor quality of the custom seat which did not fit and was made of fibreglass and no padding, along with a poorly made fender cover which was tied on with a lace. Also, the general standard of the bike, though none of this is relevant as per the law…
The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
state that if I so wish, I can return the goods at my cost for a full refund within 14 days of the items
being delivered.
Jim purchased the bike for £6,495, and I offered to purchase it back off of him for £6,000, but I advised he would need to have it returned. He agreed to this and called Jason to collect/deliver.
(Jim did not agree to £6000, he was told that was all he was getting as the £500 deposit was non-refundable)
Once the bike was returned, I noticed it did not arrive with the logbook and on asking you about this you mentioned you had filled it out with my details and sent it back to the DVLA, exactly what I had asked you not to do.
(I was not asking for your permission about the V5, I was asking what name you wanted as the bike belonged to Jim until he was paid for the bike, and you put up Jim's’s bike for sale without his consent, as you had not paid for it at that point, again all on your terms) In the midst of all of this I had resold the bike (incidentally to another chap who couldn’t fault it! (Again irrelevant, people all have different standards and obviously the chaps’ standards were lower than Jim’s) and had to spend £25 filling out a V62 in order for the new owner to get a new logbook and tax it. (When I messaged you from my holiday in Greece, you originally stated you would not be giving Jim his £6000 as there would be another owner on the bike. I advised I would be contacting the police. You wanted to complete a V62, this was again your choice, I had sent the V5 back in plenty of time and Jim was given a refund, again all your way)
All in all I have to say this was a very challenging deal from start to finish, but luckily as I mentioned above the bike is now sold to an owner who can appreciate the bike for how lovely it actually is.
(Again, that is your opinion, of what a lovely, well-turned-out bike is)
(We did end up getting another bike, it was such a different experience dealing with true professionals, the bike is stunning, and the whole process was a pleasure. Thanks to Youles Motorcycles in Blackburn and the amazing Paul
