Absolutely amazing stuff
Absolutely amazing stuff. I received a sample of the transforming body lotion and it actually blew my mind. I bought the largest body lotion and the shower cream wash and the exfoliate wash too. My skin is unbelievably soft. I usually use l'occtaine which is fabulous too but with the cost of that and its an oil, there's only one winner!!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience regarding the AMELIORATE Smooth Skin Supersize Bundle Fragrance Free.
Despite being explicitly marketed and highlighted as a "Fragrance-free body routine," two of the three products contained in the bundle are fragranced. This is a clear case of the items being not as described.
Attempting to resolve this has been difficult as there is no direct customer service contact. The telephone number provided in the returns policy is no longer in use, with no alternative provided. The only point of contact being online messaging. After being forced to use this service and waiting 24 hours, the response I received was dismissive; I was simply directed back to the ingredients list—which actually confirms the products aren't fragrance-free—and told how to "create a return" via their portal.
The marketing and return information on the website is fundamentally misleading. It is entirely unacceptable that I am expected to be liable for return costs when the products are not as described.
A simple phone call to them could have resolved this, yet the lack of a working contact number forces customers into a frustrating loop of messages just to claim their basic rights.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious, as both the product descriptions and the customer service support are currently not fit for purpose.

Never without it
I love this product and use quite. few items from teh Ameliorate range . the Body lotion is short on frills and fancies but IT WORKS WONDERS for dry and all types of skin. One of those products that does what it says it will do with no fuss. Love it. HOWEVER.....
Less enamoured with the new packaging and absence of a pump.... PLEASE BRING THIS BACK

My go to!
Ive been using Ameliorate body lotions for years now, and its definitely my go to lotion. Instead of creating a sticky layer on my skin it really nourishes it deeper than any cream I've ever tried. Never had any issues with the products and deliveries.

Been using Ameliorate for sometime now…
Been using Ameliorate for sometime now and love how the shower wash and body cream keep my skin supple.
However I was disappointed at the smaller amount of product in the newly designed containers for the same price.
