Very happy
I am very happy with my order here. I ordered 4 chairs which were delivered very soon after placing the order and exactly when promised. 2 of them were damaged, but the customer service acted fast and scheduled a pick up, which made it so much easier for me, since I don't have a car and the items were rather bulky. The replacement was sent promptly and this time was in perfect shape.

Outstandingly bad
I completed an order and got the notification it was on it's way, nothing since, no reply from info@ email or number listed on their site. They have taken hundreds of pounds from my account and I am still without my item, no communication weeks later. Absolutely shocking!
to reply to Ambient Direct reply - it was not missing a phone number as you can not complete an order without a phone number including code. (if that was the case would delivery to Italy not indicate IT country code?? no contact made to me via email for weeks. My item was delivered over a month late!

Bad customer service with incorrect delivery
I ordered a sofa bed in beige which is 3 parts. one of the parts came in grey.... I opened a service ticket and was requested to add photos. After that have been waiting 2 weeks for an answer. No solution has been suggested They don't answer the phone when you call. Horrible service.
