I ordered a set of "fairy lights on Sunday 31/08/2025, I am a Prime member therefore expect next day deliveries, however the lights showed as 6 stops away at 7pm on Monday 01/09/2025. Only not to arrive with no clear indication of the arrival 😕. I contacted the London number only to be "fobbed off" with they will arrive in 24-48hours and can have a free month on Prime. I obviously can't understand why the item is on the van and then can't 😒 be delivered the next day, totally disgusting behaviour, I will definitely think long and hard regarding 🤔 whether to use this shower of 💩💩 again.

I ordered a solar light that was never delivered. I requested to cancel the transaction and received a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card (that I am unable to use....). Today I received a notice that I received the solar light, which I definitely did not receive, and that if I do not return it, they will charge my credit card for it! This is unbelievable! I paid €55 for a product and Amazon said it was delivered. It never was and they have now denied my refund. This is pure theft. I am now out of pocket and Amazon and the seller have my money. I will be taking legal action to recover my money. Amazon are appalling and steal your money.

Amazon.fr are so unhelpful. Their customer service is full of”I’m really sorry you’ve had this experience” blah, blah, blah. Without actually addressing bad service
They take your money, then tell you that you have bought from a third party seller!?!?!?
I actually contacted Amazon.fr before I placed an order. I was told by them “ you have to place the order and then we can help you”.
My problem was, I wasn’t going to be around until a certain date. And I asked if they could alter the delivery dates accordingly. So I placed my, very large, order. Was told that they had sorted dates and I had to do nothing.
Great, I thought.
Until the very next day, I began getting delivery notifications saying the items were adding that day! Obvs I wasn’t there!!!
Summing up, out of approx17 items ordered, 9 WERENT delivered at all. Despite me spending hours, and I mean hours, trying to get some sort of resolution.
Endless messaging. Loads of emails, hours wasted of my holiday.
And, THEY DONT CARE!
Last email told me they would no longer converse with me!!!!
But they didn’t mind taking £2,500 from me on ordering!!!!!!
I’ll buy in France next time from a shop. At least I know I will get what I’m paying for!!!

This company is full of scammers and thieves. I purchased a product that arrived broken missing a part, and completely different from what was shown in the listing. When I initiated a return, the delivery company kept canceling the pickup every time I scheduled it. No matter how many times I reschedule, they cancel it again. I'm convinced they took the original item and replaced it with the damaged one. This is clear fraud and completely unacceptable

I regretted using amazon France , I have made 2 big orders of furnitures and playground, for no clear reasons ( they deducted the amounts , canceled the orders I placed and blocked my Amazon accounts for verification and when I provided all the info required they told me they will refund it in 7 working days ..... While waiting to get refunded they charged me the same amount again after 5 days! Theives!!
Also forget to mention, customer service is extremely bad compare to amazon usa and amazon Uk , hope whoever read my review learn my mistake and never use Amazon France.

I made an order (Numéro de commande 408-9606763-2002732) for items I asked to be delivered at a pickup point (RC - Le Commis Sert 10 rue de Dijon 07374 PARIS 12 75012 France). When my order have been delivered, Amazon told me that I can pick it up from 8hAM to 6hPM. But, in fact the pickup point close at 4hPM. So, I missed the opening time. As I was on a trip, I could not come back the next days. I proceeded a return on Amazon. But, Amazon had considered that I have received my item, but not. So, when I was back from my trip, I come back to the pickup point again to receive my items or to clarify my situation, the pickup point was definitely closed. There was no way to resolve my problem because Amazon.fr doesn't allow you to talk with human to explain your concerns

I had created 2 or 3 Amazon accounts by mistake and wanted to close the unnecessary ones. Unfortunately, I accidentally closed the main account the one with an active order and money left on a gift card. The other unnecessary account stayed open.
When I contacted Amazon France on July 17, 2025, the English-speaking agent told me the account couldn’t be reopened and that I would lose the gift card balance, even though it’s my money.
This issue could have been easily solved by a specialist team, but Amazon refused to help. I’m now considering legal action for mistrust, mistreatment, and moral damage. Very disappointing from a company like Amazon.

On the day it should be delivered they said they can not deliver it and not even in the next 2 days after the supposed delivery date. Terrible Service by Amazon – Paid for 2 Items, Received Only 1, No Resolution Offered
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon. I had ordered 2 bottles of Kaminomoto Hair Serum, a premium and expensive product that I trust and use regularly. I paid for both bottles, but to my shock, only ONE was delivered.
Due to being abroad in Maldives during the delivery, I could not raise the issue immediately. But as soon as I returned and contacted Amazon support, they simply refused to help, stating they can’t take any action now. Seriously? This is completely unacceptable.
Just because I couldn’t contact immediately due to being overseas doesn’t mean I should be cheated out of my money. There is a clear mismatch between what was ordered and what was delivered — and Amazon expects customers to suffer for their mistakes.
This is a basic responsibility failure from Amazon’s end — how hard is it to check if the order was fulfilled properly? It’s not about the money alone — it’s about trust. And Amazon clearly doesn’t care about it anymore.
I demand either a refund for the missing item or a fresh delivery of 1 bottle of Kaminomoto Hair Serum at the earliest.

Delivery by Colis Privé is unacceptable
For a couple of years at least, Amazon.fr has persisted in shipping by Colis Privé. Colis Privé delivers to my location only once a week. In the meantime Colis Privé sends untrue messages saying they have tried to deliver the package, or couldn't find the address, or need more information, or are leaving the package at a relais (even if I have paid extra for home delivery). These claims are bogus. I found out recently, from a driver who delivered a package a week after Amazon.fr's delivery estimate, that Colis Privé never delivers to us except on Mondays. I have stopped ordering from Amazon.fr because they entrust my orders to Colis Privé, whose delivery service is not acceptable.

I am suprised to see so many bad reviews, after experience with UPS, this looks like heaven, some of the items are delivered next day within 12 hours after order. No need to be at home, they leave it next to your door or in your box which is so convenient. Tracking is clear and easy. So yes, the best service I got in France so far, can't rate less than 5/5. Hope it will continue in the same way.

Posting this as a small business seller. I have encountered numerous cheating customers who lie, scam money for return products, and have total disregard for products. It's a shame that Amazon France support cheating customers rather than honest sellers!

It’s extremely frustrating that my account remains locked over this, even after submitting the requested documents. I currently have several missing orders and cannot track or return them due to restricted access.
