The insane automated security is…
The insane automated security is driving me nuts. I add a new credit card that's in my name, I order stuff. The result: my order gets canceled and my account locked. I wish this was the first time...
Amazon A-Z Claims failed me!
I was charged exorbitant fees by a third-party vendor and appealed to Amazon A-Z Claims. At first they agreed with me and offered a full refund, and then rescinded and now I am seriously out-of-pocket. Very disappointed in the position Amazon took on this issue.
Issue only with the delivery drivers
I have no issues with the company itself, only the delivery drivers.
Most don't put the package at the door. Instead they leave it on the step, requiring me to put shoes on to go outside to retrieve it. Again, most do not ring the doorbell. I am retired, so home most of the time. I would like to know when a package arrives so I can grab it before it gets covered in snow or rain, and before it can get stolen. My other beef is with the drivers who drive onto my driveway when it's snowing, thereby packing down the snow, making it difficult to shovel afterwards.
Terrible
Terrible! Ordered a mattress for my kids, upon opening it, there was bed bugs all over it. We immediately threw it out and contacted amazon support, basically told to go dig it out the trash and take photos for them...no thanks, maybe one of these supervisors would like to come touch it to verify. Needless to say im out $130 with no product and no refund. Amazon is slowly going down hill. Terrible.
A continuous 💩 show
A continuous 💩 show. In my Subscribe & Save Amazon is charging me more than full price of what the item is currently listed!! Example: Churu cat treats 100 pack is listed at 53.01$ with the Subscribe & Save price listed as 50.36$ and I am suppose to get 10% off. They charged me 53.41% and then took 5% off!!! This is months in a row now with their promise of reimbursement but refuse to call me back or submit a gift card. All issues since they took my yearly Prime payment 🤔
Paying for Prime which promoted next…
Paying for Prime which promoted next day delivery and now that is no longer the option. Nothing is next day delivery so why pay for something you no longer get! Very disappointing since "they've" made their money the customers are no longer valued. Wish they had an equal competitor.
Horrible service
Horrible service, delayed deliveries, fake reviews.
Overpriced , slave workers, dumping.
When product was ordered a note was…
When product was ordered a note was left to deliver to side door. Multiple times the delivery is thrown over our gate to the front door and the gate has a sign also stating to deliver to side door. I believe the drivers are unable to read English and probably don’t have a drivers licence to begin with.
Only order one thing at a time & NEVER Subscribe & Save
Amazon gave cut and paste responses to my 40lb everything tossed in a box, subscribe & save orders.
First they offered to reimburse me for a broken jar of marmalade then they wanted me to itemize all the other broken, damaged and dented items. I foolishly wasted hours and hours with one way communication. Then I realized: My issues were neither being read or resolved. It was all cut & paste customer service responses. Now, I only order one thing at a time, and Never Subscribe & Save. Forty pounds of damaged goods with no packing, just chucked in a box? No, not anymore. I had over 50 items in my subscribe & save now I have zero! Anything else is ordered one at a time only.
Amazon had no cut & paste responses to resolve their mistakes!
ordered a productKrazy stupid
ordered a product, and it was supposed to arrive today by 10 pm nothing arrived
Every time Amazon makes a mistake and…
Every time Amazon makes a mistake and you need to return something whether it be Amazon's fault or the vendors (Not your own). They keep your money for weeks and till a month and what you get is a sorry, In the meantime, they get to keep your money for 30 days. What kind of business is that. You return something at Home depot or any other store, you get you're refund ASAP. Holding the Money/Their Capital hostage is their way of saying sorry for their mistake. THANK YOU CUSTOMER, THIS IS HOW WE REPAY YOU.
My orders always come before the…
My orders always come before the arrival date, and also customer service is patient and nice with me.
Agents lie about completing a task…
Agent stated that he initiated the process for me refund. I was promised there would be no issues. Contacted customer service after 10 days only to find out it was not done in the first place and the refund can no longer be done because prime pulled 7.83. My mind was blown beyond measure. Agent and supervisor was no help. All you receive is a scripted response. Worst service ever!!! You received fake promises and nothing else.
Worse company ever
I had problem with an order made on the 26th of January, i spoke to near 20 differents representatives if not more. They seem to be all morons who don't understand a thing until you repeat it 10 times + each thing. Nobodies was able to help me, I've been talking with them 5 times a week, and the last chat was more than 2h.
Funny fact, i found and fixed the problem myself, the site was bugging.
Worst customer service ever, and that's the short version.
And when buying goes well, the shipping suck because they don't knock, they leave the package unsafe in front of your 40 units apartment building and it get stolen.
I dont want to have anything to do with Amazon anymore, that's it, as soon as i get my order. They are canceled
(Note that i have all that trouble because i had an Amazon gift card, so i wasn't able to just cancel everything and forget about it, if i didn't want to loose my gift card money. And they gave no compensation for all that lost time and stress)
Shipping nightmare
Amazon started using this shipping company called Dragon fly aka intel. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. I have had so many bad experiences with them. Months to get your packages or they damage them and they do not call you if they can’t find your location instead they bounce it around from town to town then eventually just drop it off anywhere leaving it up to other people to get ahold of you saying where your parcels at. As of now or until they deal with a better shipping company I will not use Amazon again and thinking of canceling my prime account and and subscriptions.
This is the BEST company on the planet
This is the BEST company on the planet! Anyone that wrote a negative review must have caused the problem themselves.Deliveries are always on time or early, refunds are absolutely hassle free and you don't have to deal with the vendor (amazon does that for you) and there is an Amazon warranty if the item fails later on. Every company would do themselves a big favor if they copied the Amazon way of doing business. The low Trust Pilot rating has to be a mistake of some kind or else only people that messed things up for themselves bothered to write a review. Try an order, even a small one, and you'll see why Amazon is the very best online outfit you've ever used.
Wouldn't Shop Here If Not For Convenience
I sat around waiting for my package ALL DAY, just for no one to show up and lie about an attempted delivery.
I watched the van drive PAST my home. 4 hours after, I got a call from a number labeled as "Possible Scam". I didn't pick up, for obvious reasons. I then proceeded to look up the number and saw it was Amazon Delivery. The driver called again, I picked up this time, and got no response on the other end. All I heard was the engine and the sound of the driver moving. It was directly after this the tracking went blank, and I was told there was "an issue with my delivery". The only "issue" was your driver IGNORING a customer on the other line after THEY ARE THE ONE THAT CALLED!
I was home. I had given clear instructions, and it's not hard to find my home; I'm in the middle of a residential area, close to the street. I am tired of having my time wasted. And guess what? I won't be home when they attempt to deliver tomorrow, but I can't change the delivery date.
Looks like I won't be getting my package, and I need what I ordered ASAP.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Like really bad. Couldn’t understand her. Then she asked for my account number? I’ve never been asked and told her I didn’t know Amazon customers had account numbers? The item I was upset about was a shirt I ordered that clearly said eligible for return. But they had hoops for me to jump though to be eligible. They wanted me too pay postage to an Asian country to send it back! That was as much as the inferior product I got. It went downhill from there. Then she pretended not to hear me 😆
So she says please call back. Last straw. I’m out. Quitting prime. Goodbye.
Adding to this post, so after quitting Amazon, quitting Prime and removing credit cards and deleting app etc, I find a charge on my credit card for another month of Prime! What a scam company. So I called Amazon and got a rep on the phone who was ridiculous in his answers. He looked me up and said there’s no credit cards on record so that can’t happen. lol. So I explained I deleted everything. He just couldn’t make sense. Then he said somebody must be using my card?!? So I hung up. Called my credit card company and such good customer service. My dispute handled professionally and quick. Immediately took the charge away and will contact this scam Amazon company.
Whew 😅
Customer Sevice can't help!
Customer Support can't help it's customers. Sellers on Amazon are scammers. Amazon is NOT the lowest price. You pay for the free shipping. The best thing to do is cancel your account and move on and deal with another company.
Amazon won't let me cancel subscription
Amazon has made it impossible to cancel side subscriptions. I have been sent in circles for over two hours trying to cancel a hayu subscription I purchased through Amazon video. This whole company has made it just hard enough that people will give up out of frustration and continue to pay the subscription. This should not be allowed. I will be cancelling my entire subscription now with prime as I don't feel like being used anymore.
